OP in a nation where there is equity, truth you would not see such happening.
The CBN is actually down casted by how the Supreme Court will stoop so low to give this kid of Judgment.
The Supreme Court acted above the constitution
Politics / Re: Imo Real Presidential Election Results, Video by WATCHOVER(m): 10:55pm On Mar 06, 2023
INEC is hypocritical.
They have lost credibility just like the Supreme Court who entertained matters that constitution did not empower them to entertain.

These two institutions in this 2023 just brought disgrace to Nigeria
Politics / Re: DSS Follows President Elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu On Twitter by WATCHOVER(m): 10:17pm On Mar 06, 2023
DSS don't have work, so of all people, they choose to follow those two enemies of Nigerian
Politics / Re: DSS Is Now On Twitter, Peter Obi Supporters Don Dey Delete Tweets by WATCHOVER(m): 9:29pm On Mar 06, 2023
Very immature thread.
What concerns DSS with people opinion.
Mind you Security agencies and their operatives have always been online, so there is nothing special from what DSS did.
DSS only launched that page just for public service purposes and not to threaten anyone or group so long you are law abiding and you don't instigate violence or any form against Nigeria state

All elections in Nigeria have been rigged from time immemorial. 2011 election was heavily rigged to favour president Jonathan, that of 2015 & 2019 was rigged to favour General Buhari now this last one of 2023 has been rigged to favour Senator Tinubu so what you talking about? Politics / Re: Tinubu Must Score 25% In FCT To Be Declared Winner -Former Attorney General Says by WATCHOVER(m): 7:47pm On Mar 05, 2023
TechGallery:
So in an election between A and B. If A wins all the 36 States but did not have 25% in FCT, A cannot be declared winner because A doesn't have 25% in FCT? The law must be daft to reason this way. If such happens, B will just continue winning FCT and ensure A doesn't meet the 25% required in FCT. That means the whole system will end in stalemate forever. The only logical sense the law can portray is what INEC has done. If you have 25% in 23 states, the FCT can be used as your 24th state if you have the required 25% there. So simple!
You made no sense at all

HarunaWest:
Nothing will be cancelled. The courts will admit what was uploaded as evidence and not what was snapped from polling units. If INEC did work for a party, it's the PDP or LP. Where you not in this country in year 2003 and 2007 when Obasanjo rigged PDP into power? That is what you call rigging. An election that the major parties shared 12 states each wasn't rigged. There were infractions here and there, manipulation and voter bribery but that wouldn't change much the overall outcome of the election. If only the LP and our party PDP merged before the election and one of the candidates stepped down, things would have taken a different turn. Both parties didn't even meet up to the required 25% spread in 2/3 of states. The tribuna will just ask for isolated recounts in some polling units or throw the case out entirely . Make we prepare for 2027.
Are you planning on going backwards or Forward. Buhari meant a robust INEC groomed by Obasanjo's political sons Musa Yaradua and Goodluck Jonathan but decided to take us back to 1979.
Stop supporting nonsense

Point of Correction Buhari conducted the worst Election. Buhari meant a robust INEC groomed by Obasanjo's political sons Musa Yaradua and Goodluck Jonathan but decided to act deaf because he came for a revenge Mission thinking he was doing Obasanjo not knowing he was destroying himself and his party forever.
Buhari and APC have no moral justification to reply OBJ

Dear God,

If Tinubu truly won this year's presidential election by people's mandate, may he be sworn in come May 29th, and may he finish his tenure successfully. But if he stole another person's mandate through the help of INEC, may he never sit on that presidential seat.

Please say a loud Amen!

Politics / Re: We Stand With INEC, We Won’t Challenge Tinubu – SDP by WATCHOVER(m): 8:13am On Mar 04, 2023
SDP is supporting INEC because of Late Abiola saga, of which Tinubu was part of that party but they are failing to understand that Obi is the only candidate that have that Abiola spirit. Abiola was supported by Majority of Nigeria population just like Obi.
For my own opinion June12 1993 just repeated itself 30years later in another way

How do you read and understand?. This statement shot INEC on its foot.
From this statement INEC agree electronically transmit results from Polling Units to INEC server. The reason for this was to avoid results tampering

Politics / Re: Press Release From INEC Saying That They Would Use IREV At All Cost Resurfaces by WATCHOVER(m): 1:20pm On Mar 02, 2023
Invest4growth:
When intelligence gathered proved that the use of IREV would not be proper, so INEC was justified to change
I hope people come to terms with the fact it was the division of PDP that gave APC the victory. The alarm was sounded severally before the election, but greed of our politicians would not let them review. The people wanted to vote APC but under which platform was the issue. The 14.4m scored by PDP, LP and NNPP would have been enough to deal a decisive blow on APC had it been PDP did not split
You failed to tell Nigerians how INEC Chairman described those cases and complain against the IREV especially by CUPP and Sowore as false news.
Do your research before talking

No. Infact, such governor deserve to be prayed for you prosper and beat silly Chinedu on Saturday.

Is it your name Sanwoolu should brand on the cylinders? No. You are not the governor of Lagos State but a sympathiser who's an hypocrite.

Is it only Sanwoolu that did this kind of project? No. LP and PDP have out gas cylinders to women last week. They wore PDP and LP branded dress singing like Patience Ozonkwo and Camila Mberekpe!

So why did the op create a thread like this? Cos he's in severe pains from saturday's defeat.

What's now the solution to you and Obidient's ailment?
* Accept your fate
* Go to court
* Do your worst!
Shut up poverty child, who will be filling the gas? Somebody is donating liability you are happy.

Sir, it's painful, after going against the electoral rule INEC Chairman still had the mind to tell Nigerians to go to Court instead of weeping, no way he must be used as an example to other heads of government and agencies. and secondly with that statement from INEC it means that the Judiciary is fraudulent, because only fraudsters link people to Fraudulent activities

Lol. Abuja dey always vote opposition. Go and verify. It not tje first time a president will lose Lagos, go and verify.
So you think Abuja is some superior to 36 states. Are u telling me if a candidate wins lets say all 36 states, and lose Abuja, he is will not be sworn in? You sef think am. Lol.
The courts have settled this a long timw ago
Don't speak for Supreme Court, let them Interpret it but something tells me that those who wrote it saw today and they wanted a balance system most especially as the military never wanted full democracy, they calved a sentence that will give the sitting president some powers over it political oppositions. Abuja to me looks like a compulsory thing to get if you fail to get highest votes.
As I said thats my own understanding
