Babaibeji2020: 🤨 Stop saying what you know nothing about....my grand mum used charcoal on a regular in the village.....guess what? Their life span ain't comparable with this 70 years old bus stop we are living now. So, your grandma adds charcoal to her soup? The poster talked about putting charcoal inside egusi and I said it isn't healthy. What are you hyperventilating about? |

Tell us how she gets you pissed. Most married men are messy, bossy, and chauvinistic, but will expect the wife to manage them like that.
I have always told people that if you behave fine, no one will complain and get you pissed. If you do the right thing, you won't die. Women don't just nag because they love to, something or someone always triggers them. Don't be that someone. |

Prudoh: Is like I will retire from this nairaland because there so many illiterate here, Somebody's asking what's the impact of binance in someone's life, are you okay? Not everyone will be suffering like you and be earning 50,000 Naira per month. Especially this tinubu assleaker Anyone who's trading crypto should just ignore this ill considered beings. Stop hyperventilating over nothing. Binance is a platform used by less than 1% of Nigerians (I am one of them). These percentage are people who are into crypto. This means that only people who have a stake in crypto use the binance platform. If someone does not have any business with crypto, then binance is useless to that person. The same goes for people who are not into forex or betting. If you ask me to mention one betting or gambling site, I will keep mute because I don't know any. Does that make me daft or an illiterate? No.... Are people making money from those platforms? Yes.... But since I am not one of them, I won't give a damn if any of those sites are restricted or shut down. Saying someone is daft or an illiterate just because he hasn't embraced crypto or any of your streams of income shows you still have a lot to learn. Crypto is not for everyone and some people will never embrace it. Know this and have peace! |

HopeAlive16: Charcoal is not dangerous to the health. It is anti poison and has other benefits to the body. Besides he's not eating the charcoal, the charcoal absorbs the sourness of the soup and it's job is done there. Have you thought about how sellers handle charcoal and the poor sanitary conditions in which it is produced? That is enough reason for it not to be used on anything edible. |

thymetraveler: Anyone that is the first to give me an option that works will receive free 4k from me upfront, no questions asked. The soup is NOT spoilt, just that it lost most of its taste. See, married women are really trying o! Taking care of the home and kids with their husbands, and also attending to their works; they never seem to forget the foods in the pots like I just did. Any man that does not appreciate the labour women go through in order to tend the home is an olodo. Not married yet, but I remember how my mom was always the keeper of the home and my dad the bread winner. Use the 4K to prepare a new soup. |

HopeAlive16: If you can get your hands on charcoal, add a lump of it and warm the soup again. This works but I don't know how effective it will be since you've already warm it like that when you saw the foam on it, you're suppose to add the charcoal into the pot as you saw that foam and warm it together. Alternatively, you can just dice or slice your onion and pour it into your sour soup, add a little palm oil, stir, and then allow to heat for some minutes. Taste to confirm if the sour taste is gone. These two trick works for almost every soup, including Egwusi, Ogbono, and Banga soups etc. Try it and let us know how it goes. So sorry about your expensive pot of soup. Using charcoal is definitely not healthy. People are really suffering in the hands of mama put. |

princemillla: I know how it's produce don't try to paint it badly. Question is how many can afford table water?
Same water goes into all containers they are treated water. You obviously don't know how it is produced. Your favorite 'pure water' is just a combination of borehole water and alum used for purification. We are not talking affordability here but how pure it is. Even tap water is purer than satchet water because it is also treated water. Do I even begin with the poor sanitary conditions in which these so called 'pure water' are produced? More than 80% of producers are not even Nafdac approved and they churn our tasty water full of particles. Saying it is the same water that goes into all containers is laughable. Visit the factory site of 'Swan bottled water' and other renowned brands, then come back and tell me the same thing. |

It's just different package If only you know how they produce satchet water, you won't repeat this statement. |

Hmnn...Half siblings who share the same father hardly love themselves, but those who share the same mothers are closer.
The hatred is usually as the result of the hate relationship their mothers have. So, in solidarity to their mothers, the trend continues.
There is always a silent or loud war raging in polygamous families as everything is competition to them. Even as adults, they compete amongst themselves and see each other as enemies.
Nevertheless, I know half siblings who share the same fathers, but are still very close. I think it sometimes boils down to individuality and how they were raised. |
