A 49-year-old physically challenged man, simply identified as Ojochogwu Baba, has been arrested for allegedly defiling a 10-year-old girl in Kogi State.

In a statement on Wednesday, 30 October 2024, the Benue state police command’s spokesman, SP William Ovye Aya, confirmed the shooting.

The suspect, Ojochogwu Baba, was apprehended at Wada Estate in Lokoja, a significant location that provides context to the incident.
