I don't know where you had your lecturing experience, but in unilorin, it is most definitely expulsion. Ask any past or present student. In no time the student will " face Tanke"

sir back then in Micheal okpara university of Agruculture we had one VC then (name withheld) hails from anambra state for those who can recall. They caught you cheating during exam in your 100level... your expulsion might come in your 300 level or final year. This is after you must have forgotten the offense you committed two or three years ago. Nothing like suspension or carry over oh. Nah complete expulsion.
