No,it won't end up in a mess.Am of the opinion that you can leave out information bt don't lie about anything. If CIC decides to research on their own,,good and fine. The truth is that more often than not, they use the information you supplied to them.

Look at it this way, if I didn't tell them I have. Abrother in canny, they have a lot to do to prove or get to a conclusion sb else who supplied my name is my brother..
I couldn't agree more with you. I'm of this school of thought that too much information complicates a good application. Try not to make your application complicated, keep it simple and honest.

your luggage is safe + u'll be given a locker. never heard of saint andrew.. my advise: get here before you start house hunting... you can catch a ubc 22 bus heading to ubc from downtown. (hi jericho). the sweet thing is u'll get an apt to move in once u land.. of course, thats if you have cash. apts are plenri... but your taste is what counts. so get here, and u'll get apts in the next 1 hour
That's a huge relief, thanks. I hope I'll meet you when I come in next week, you've been really helpful. Cheers

best bet.. get down here lodge a day or two (book online hi-vancouver central or hi-jericho abt 45CAD/nyt) . surf craigslist and check d apts out yrself. cheapest room so far is 450CAD/month.. thats if u wanna stay in kits. if u wanna stay offcampus 600CAD. dnt worry abt daily transport cost.. ubc will issue u a compass card dt allows u transit in the city at no personal cost. come with kingsize raincoats. rain is vancouvers hobby. food here is on d high side.. fruits cheap.
Wow! Lovina1245 you're a blessing! Thank you for the all these info. I checked Hi-Jericho before now price for a night was quite low but my worry was that it is dormitory setting thus I was trying to imagine how one would secure luggage. And also the proximity to school since it is 3.4km to UBC. What do you think about St. Andrew's housing? Thank you for the hint about raincoat and food ;-)

Hello Everyone,
I visited 3 banks today to inquire about the use on Naira Master Card abroad and thought I should share this.
FCMB
I was told the daily limit on ATM withdrawal is $100, while on POS and web is $300. N240 is charged on withdrawal.
Fidelity
Daily limit on ATM is the Equivalent of N150,000, while on POS & web is N500,000. $4 is charged on withdrawal.
First Bank
Daily limit on ATM is the Equivalent of N150,000 while on POS & web is N500,000. N420 is charged on withdrawal.

I stand to be corrected if i'm wrong and your contribution is also welcome.
Hello Dahjor, I asked yesterday at Fidelity Bank and they said their charge is NGN240.
