Ohaneze1: No wonder am talking to a pauper under graduate. Boy go and study and pass your exams first. cheesy cheesy

When we were in school we paid school fees and still bought the materials. Its like that on every Nigerian university. A lecturer that writes a book will have to sell to be able to write another one. Tomorrow you will make 'Pass' because you were busy blaming your gov and lecturers. If you do not have money to continue then go into main market and do 'oso afia'. mongo park. university education is not for the poor.
You are not just discussing with a graduate but the best graduating student of engineering during his time.
now u are justifying a pirated book sold to students at #2800 a copy; a book that's not upto 600pages; that proves that u ar either a F.ool or has an inborn inept reasoning. a very low IQ level

i'm not here to argue with u, answer this piece
webcalculator: the most annoying part of his government is his nonchalant attitude towards the state university. After paying more than 100k as school fees, lecturers will still extort money from the students in the name of textbook. a pirated textbook costing #2800( check political science department and you will understand better). why can't he protect these students paying this tuition fees from the lecturers' chronic extortion?

@op, have you gone to Awada layout, where the majority of the onitsha marketers are residing? is there any good road there? PO is better at business, he sees everything as business, and can't do roads probably because it won't bring profit to him.

Ohaneze1: What is happening in your Owerre or enugu foolish man..where have you traveled to?

The last I checked all those govs you mentioned are below Obi in performance and good governance by miles..

Anambra is the least indebted state in Nigeria. The two states you mentioned are on the list of financial dead states, so how could they be doing better than a state with clean bill of health.

Anambra has the best road network, traversing all the community in the state. Development are not limited to our urban centers alone as seen in those states you mentioned. Outside enugu and owere urban, the entire state is bushy not motorable and hugely underdeveloped. I know that you cannot say the same for Anambra where all the communities are ashphalted.
go back to my post and address all the issues i presented there faggo.t. for your info, enugu state and imo are better off in community roads. the problem with anambrarians is that we don't care about them governments, we hav our individual independent, thats why nobody cares for his useless government

CrimeWoman Throws Her 5 Month Old Baby Inside Well In Oyo State by webcalculator(op): 9:35pm On Nov 12, 2012
Monday , November 12, 2012

Woman Throws
Her 5 Month Old
Baby Inside Well in
Oyo state

After a search by family members
and neighbours, which extended
till the following morning, Ganiyat
was reported to have confessed
to throwing the baby inside the
well after much prodding. People
were said to have rushed towards
the well to see if it was true and it
was a shocked crowd which
beheld the still body of the tot
when he was brought out of the
well.

On hearing about the incident, the
Divisional Crime Officer in charge
of Mapo Division, Mr Bayo
Ogundiran, reportedly led a team
of detectives to the scene and
arrested the mother, while the
baby was taken to Adeoyo
Hospital, Yemetu, where he was
confirmed dead. He was
thereafter deposited in the
mortuary for autopsy.
Ganiyat said she could not also
explain what made her throw her
baby in the well, expressing the
belief that forces greater than her
must have overwhelmed her at
that moment.

Narrating how the incident
occurred, Ganiyat said:
“On that day, I bathed the baby in
the evening, changed his clothes
and we both went to bed. About
8.30p.m, I rose from the bed,
carried the baby and took him to
the back of my room window
where the well is situated”.
“A spirit just came over me and
asked me to throw the baby
inside the well. I pushed the
planks on the well aside, threw
the baby inside and covered it
again”.
After some time, I told the tenant
living in the house that I could not
see my baby. He said he saw me
moments before with the baby. I
left my residence for my parents’
place at Oniyanrin area and told
my mother that I could not find
my baby but she kept asking me
where I kept the child.
“The following morning, many
people came and were shouting at
me, asking me where I threw the
baby. An elderly man in our family
then came to me, cajoling me to
tell him where the baby was. Then
I told him that the baby was in
the well. While some people
rushed towards the well, others
started beating me with
horsewhip, cane and different
objects. When the baby was
brought out, he was already dead.
A police patrol van came and I
was taken to the police station.”
Ganiyat, who said she was an
apprentice learning fashion
designing, disclosed that she was
impregnated by one Kehinde
Odugbemi, who was already
married, and that she delivered
the baby on June 4. She added
that the man could not be traced
until the day of the naming
ceremony when he came in the
evening to christen the child. She
said Odugbemi also came on June
12 to give her N1,000, adding that
that was the last time she set her
eyes on him.

Ganiyat was said to have given
birth to a boy before the birth of
the deceased baby but could not
get any man to claim the child.
The boy, who is said to be three
years old, is being taken care of by
Ganiyat’s mother.

Gowon has apologised for this massacre n turned out in 2012 to say he has no regret for the actions he and Awo took during the Biafra war.

Gowon faults setting up of Oputa
panel
By Austin Ogwuda
Monday, December 09, 2002
ASABA—FORMER Head of State, General
Yakubu Gowon yesterday in Asaba
faulted the setting up of the Oputa panel
saying that onlyGod could bring about the
much-needed reconciliation in the
country. He also once again tendered a
public apology to the people of Asaba for
the mass killing of their kinsmen during
the civil war, pointing out that he did not
approve of the killings. Gowon who spoke
with newsmen shortly after the South-
South Zonal national prayer rally said "I
don’t know why you (Nigeria) went to
Oputa panel." But he expressed
confidence that the programme which he
is currently championing - "Nigeria Prays"
would eventually bring about the needed
true reconciliation.
An emotional Gen. Gowon also tendered
another public apology over the mascare
of Asaba indigenes during the pogrom at
the Asaba Township Stadium, venue of
the rally. His words: "It came to me as a
shock when I came to know about the
unfortunate happenings that happened to
the sons and daughters of this state
especially of this (Asaba) domain. I felt
very touched and honestly I referred to it
(killings) and ask for forgiveness being the
one who was in charge that time.
Certainly, it is not something that I would
have approved of in whatsoever. I was
made ignorant of it, I think until it
appeared in the papers. A young man
wrote a book at that time." It just
happened seven hours ago when I was
visiting the state for our nation prayers, I
took the opportunity of being with his
Royal Majesty (Asagba of Asaba) to make
this public apology on behalf of myself
and government of Nigeria at that time
and to ask for forgiveness as we have to
look at the future. I feel very touched
when we came this time to hear his
majesty refer to it again."
Bishop Noel Ikeakanam of Faith
Liberation Church Asaba gave the
exhortation and called for total
repentance among the church leaders, the
political class and the ruled to enable
God forgive the nation. Many men of God
attended the rally among them is Pastor
Ayo Dritsejafor of word of Life Bible
Church Warri.

marveouz: Typical Nigerians......Forget the message but blame the messenger...if the message does not fit your egocentric interest.
I have always copied this and got no answers....i have done so again and i hope my Igbo brothers can answer the questions and stop calling names. Obviously....i can see child soldiers in the picture posted here...if Awolowo should be charged for crime against Humanity....what should Ojukwu be charged for?

Here is the post i copied...i hope i get some Answers.

Bros God bless I never know there are still some in the house that reason alongside with me.
And I hasked these question severally and no one has be able to give me a correct answer and i'm asking again as a Igbo guy :
1. Is it a concensus of entire Igbo that Ojukwu should go to war If yes is the answer please tell me where do they do the meeting and when did they do such refredum that say Yeah its war time lets all go for it.
2. Please my fellow kinsmean is going to civil war the answer to Aburi Accord that was broken
3. Was it Yoruba or Hausa that send Ojukwu to war??
4. How are we sure this man called Ojukwu was actually fighting for the Igbo?
5. How come do Biafra think in their skull that Fed Govt. of then will be feeding them while they took arms against same govt pls where in this world has anyone see such a silly govt that feed its enermy?
6. When Ojukwu started the war why cant he plan well, keep enough food for the Biafra or the Igbo?
7. Food where to be flown to the East but this same Ojukwu blockade the move in fear of food poising please any man with his right senses where has the Fed Govt or Awolowo committed crime in this situation?
8. Please I asked and asked again is there any record anywhere that shows a single soul in Ojukwu family died in this struggle? My own granparent lost five boys I mean five men went to this war and never return that has left me with no uncle till date.
9. Ojukwu went to war and he lost please what is Yoruba or Huasa crime in this

Do we realized that so many up till today never know the cause of that civil war they are crying about so funny indeed fighting over what you dont even know what caused it in the first place. Before the demised of my grandparent so funny enough both of them could not tell me what in actual sense caused the war all they knew was that war broke out and that was all.
Bros Fellow Kinsmen if you like call me names I dont give a Bleep the Jazz Ojukwu used to blindfold so many will not catch me as a matter of fact I suppose to charge him to court because it was his soldier that came to drafted all my suppose to be uncle to Biafra and they arre gone for life till date and not Yoruba or Awolowo or Hausa or Gowon it was Ojukwu boys who came to took them away. And no matter what names any one calls me to hell with it and damn it but the fact is I will never HATE anyone who has not done me any evil or wrong me. If Awolowo did wrong or whatever is not my business I have no dealing with Awolowo and I will not transfer anger of Awolowo on entire Yoruba people far from it so if anyone want to die because of Biafra go ahead and die 1966 is not what I should die for in 2012 I have moved on I dont live in shadow or walk around with grudges and hatred that is babaric in 21st century i'm a progresive Nigeria not a tribal or war monger or a looser crier. Biko I have to go abeg. A word is enough for the wise.
