Politics / Re: Pastor Tunde Bakare Arrested? by webferret: 9:26am On Jan 16, 2012
There is no need to arrest him. The truth will always prevail. This is democracy. However I think he choose a wrong companion (Buhari - a terrible tyrant). Pastor remember the scripture "do not be equally yoked with unbeliever". I expected Bakare to preach and convert Buhari's soul and save Nigeria from Buhari's tyranny. Buhari is too dangerous for Nigeria (IBB inclusive)
Politics / Re: Facts You Must Know By Pst Tunde Bakare by webferret: 9:15am On Jan 16, 2012
Hello, Tunde Bakare should give praise to God that Buhari did not win the election because if he did he will either be dead by now or he would have being impeached. Since he was unable to tell Buhari about Christ before the election then he will be unable to win buhari for Christ after Election. Buhari is a well known supporter of Sharia Law in Nigeria. he openly declared it. Bakare is just a tool Buhari wanted to use to get to power. After he is in power he will suck his blood then he will realize the he had made the biggest mistake in his life. Not campaigning with Buhari is the beginning of wisdom. A dictator is always a dictator.
Politics / Nlc And Tuc Should Stop Strike by webferret: 8:52am On Jan 16, 2012
After listening to Mr. President this morning I am very convinced that he is moving through the right channel. What I think the NLC and TUC should do is to make sure Mr. President fulfills every promise made today in the broadcast.

* All the people involved in stealing of money in CBN and NNPC must be arrested and face the wrath of law
* The reduction of the cost of exchange rate (This will adversely stop looting of our money in foreign countries because the money will not have value and it will improve international cooperation between Nigerians and the outside world. It will liberate a lot of industries that are trapped. )
* Make sure they do not loot the money

I can smell a new Nigeria.
Politics / Mr. President Is Not The Only Ome To Blame For Subsidy Removal by webferret: 3:50pm On Jan 15, 2012
I very much know that the governors in all the states in the country supported the removal of subsidy. I still believe that they are still supporting the removal of subsidy in the background. They only pretends to be supporting the people. Please beware.

I felt disappointed that Jonathan did not reverse what he did. Democracy should be the government of the people. If I were Jonathan, I would reverse everything and warn the people of the consequences and then keep quiet.

Subsidy removal might be good economically but how do we know that the money would be used for the things that was mentioned. We have heard all these stories in the past which ended up as empty promises.
Politics / Re: The Fuel Subsidy Removal Is Not A Bad Thing! by webferret: 4:16pm On Jan 09, 2012
Hello

Please can you prove this your statement
"so that the funds can be diverted to the Soveriegn Wealth Funds with the IMF/World Bank
told the countries to set up to be invested in Western Countries".

If it is true then it is a worthy thing to fight against
Politics / Re: The Fuel Subsidy Removal Is Not A Bad Thing! by webferret: 3:43pm On Jan 09, 2012
Yes, subsidy removal is good. However, all Nigerians should look into how government spend money (Unnecessary allowances, high salaries of top office holders are not acceptable). I think that instead of the NLC and TUC to fight subsidy removal, they should fight for salary increase and a reduction of the cost of governance.)
Politics / Why Nlc/tuc Should Change The Main Reason For Strike by webferret: 3:18pm On Jan 09, 2012
This is a call to whoever is in charge of the NLC/TUC to change the main reason for for strike. I believe that some palliative measures have being taken by our government to alleviate the effect of the oil subsidy removal. I agree that it is not enough. What I would like the NLC/TUC to do is to accept the subsidy if Mr. President would do the following:

1. Apologizes to the entire nation for caring out the subsidy removal without getting approval from Nigerian Citizens (ie a dictator's behavior)

2. To seriously implement the 25% decrement of all top officials in Nigeria beginning from Mr. President

3. Implementing the 30,000 minimum wage or any other minimum wage labour can fix

4. Telling the government to remove some people in some unnecessary post (eg Personal assistance to , )

5. National formula to calculate the allowance from the president to the least person in the Labour. (ie if the presidents furniture allowance is N4000000 then the least person in labour should get 40000 for his/her furniture allowance.

6. Finally, the 1*00 numbers of buses are not enough for the people in Nigeria

This I believe will check unnecessary spending in the government and subsidy removal will equally affect them the way it affects us
Politics / Re: Subsidy Removal: Nigerians Made A Mistake Not Electing Buhari – El-Rufai by webferret: 2:48pm On Jan 09, 2012
Buhari is a good terrorist. During the early stage of his campaign he said he will make sure that the Sharia law is used all over Nigeria. His making a pastor his vice is a camouflage. He will only be a vice for a little time and then will be killed by him (Buhari). What Jonathan is doing is not economically bad if you actually understand the economics of the removal of oil subsidy. However how can you explain economics of oil subsidy removal to people that do not understand demand and supply. Johnathan however made some mistake which are outlined below:

1. he did not carry Nigeria along (He suppose to educate Nigerian in broken English, local dialect, etc the needs to remove subsidy)

2. he suppose to tell Nigerian what the money that was generated by subsidy removal will be used for. Nigerians supposed to start enjoying it before the removal of subsidy

3. His reduction of salaries of the ruling councils are not enough, he suppose to reduce all unnecessary allowances (eg tea allowance of N30000000000 is uncalled for because we all know the prices of tea. This is just an example).

4. He should have made it a gradual process and January 1 is definitely not the right time

I feel sorry for Jonathan, he has a good economic policy that would stop the people that are milking Nigerian money but he has not gotten the right way to transmit this message to the least educated Nigerian (eg farmers, petty traders, etc who did not go to school).

Nigerians should note the following:
1. It is a waste of resources to build a refinery because it will never work. There are people (cabals ) that are siphoning our money that will make the refinery not to work. It is not possible for Mr. President to guide the refineries himself. Even though you send stiff security it would not work because Nigeria is generally corrupt. You cannot fight corruption without fighting the entire Nigeria. Corruption is found in our schools (people sit for exams for other, our institution buy and sell certificates, external students are smuggled into writing some examinations. Many Nigerian families are guilty of this corrupt charge. The members of the NLC and TUC inflates prices when given out contracts (eg if it will cost N50 to do a particular project. They will tell the contractor if you want the contract, you must sign for N1000 so that Commissioner will have his cut, director will have his cut, etc. This type of corruption is difficult to trace because all will look genuine. No matter the security in the refinery, you will never catch anyone because our security system is corrupt as well. Any attempt to fight these corruption, they will frustrate you by sending police to put drug or gun in your house and claim that you are a drug dealer or armed robber. If that isn't possible, assassination is the next option. Very few make it alive. As far as Nigeria history is concerned only the former NAFDAC chief have survived this.

2. It is not possible for me to build a private refinery in Nigeria where it will cost me more that N100 and sell it at N65. That is why nobody was able to build a private refinery in Nigeria despite the fact they told them that the government would not collect tax

3. Government imports a lot of fuel for all Nigerians but these oil are diverted to neighboring Chad, Niger, etc. Remember that the whole system is corrupt from the family to the offices and to government. There is no way one can safguard the borders with corrupt officers that will take bribe. "You cannot fight corruption without affecting over 90% of Nigeria population because corruption is deeply rooted in almost all families (eg Special Centers)". Removing subsidy will discourage this
Webmasters / Re: Is There Any Nigeria Host Running Softaculous? by webferret: 6:00am On Sep 16, 2010
Softaculous in my opinion is far better than fantastico. If you type softaculous Vs fantastico on your web hosting panel you would see a lot of happenings in the hosting industries. Softaculous has over 140 script. When you do search engine search you would see a lot of difference.

There is only one site that i know offering it in nigeria for now. http;//rojadhost.net. They have very good. I will recommend them
