$112 is not the amount for the account, it's the fund inside. 198 X $112= N22,176. That means the account has N22,176 inside. I can't wait for month end b4 withdrawing cos I need to make use of the cash. besides I got other adsense account.

Not at all. Google can't ban you. They only ban if you violate their T&C. that's what most entertainment blogger's do. they just buy. Cos getting an entertainment blog approved in very difficult now.

haha . And no1 is talking about the cost of running a wordpress site ?. Also the fact that ur host can mess up sometimes and users can't access ur wordpress site ?

I'm just going to make this simple and short. I'll list out 5 things to need to put in place before applying for google adsense, if you put these things in place, your chances of getting approved is high.

2. Content
This is link the most important aspect of any website, google sometimes rejects website for not having enough contents or for having too many copied contents. So before applying make sure you have up to 500 posts of at least 500 words each.[tho the number of post is not really a criteria]. Make sure 300 out of this 500 posts are original content and not copied content.

3. Policy for Privacy
It may seem odd to have a privacy policy for your blog, but it is vital if you want to get google Adsense approval. Without it, you might as well not apply at all. The policy itself should describe to those who visit your blog what they will see and what they can and cannot do.

4. No S3xual post
Google frowns at s3xual posts or vulgar words, they ban approved adsense accounts without a second thoughts all because of s3xual contents, so make sure your site is free from any of this. If you have, kindly remove it before applying.

5. Get A Top Level Domain
Basically, this means that your domain should be a ".com" in order to succeed. don't go around applying with a .tk or .com url. get a .com domain and a show how serious you are with your website. Plus, the name itself needs to be short as possible, related to your area of interest and easy to remember.

Exactly, when I see upcoming bloggers post quality contents on Nairaland and it makes FP. The next minute it's on Naijaloaded, without any credit to the hard working writer. It doesn't encourage upcoming bloggers who writes with all enthusiasm only to see another author taking all the praise. It's annoying to say the least

Reasons being that, Every post on the front page of Nairaland is being duplicated on Naijaloaded the next minute. And this is done with making any reference.

I was forced to open this thread cos I've seen most of my articles written by my humble self on Nairaland topping on Naijaloaded without any credit whatsoever. (P.s My Former account b4 it was mistakenly banned).

If both sites don't work together. then I'm surprised as to why Nairaland doesn't care about the hard work of his members who sit down to compose long and well meaning articles, live experiences with screen shots. Only for a site to duplicate it word for words without giving proper credit or making reference.

You can check and compare both sites for better clarification.

This begs the question of how lazy Nigerian top sites owners can be. A top recognised website should be able to get good and creative content writers instead of feeding off others hard work and taking all the credits.

Now is there any action one can take against such annoying act?
