A false report with vedio evidence...

At first, NA said that there were no NA at lekki,
Secondly, they were there after Governor contact them,
Thirdly, Governor said he didn't invite the NA
Fourthly NA said they only used soft weapons like rubber bullet....

Did u need any prophet to tell u the truth?? am a supporter of APC infact my GF called me and throw tantrums on me that night after I argued with her on watsapp that there were no casualties at lekki tollgate and nobody died but as time goes on she is vindicated.
Point 1 lies, they never said that.
Nobody denied that
No, he didn't say so, he said he did not instruct them to shot
Lies, blanks is not the same with rubber bullets. And yes they used blanks, have you ever seen anyone hit by an AK47, not even from a close range ooo, it will shatter the bones and pieces the brains. Did this happen in Lekki? huh No even blood stains to show anything, except those from obvious injuries. And the dead no come get any families. dem say na because of intimidation hahahahahha. who can intimidate you to speak out for your loved ones?
These lies will not last.

And haven't you seen victims come out and go to the panel?
Did those victims sustain the injuries from blank BULLETS?

I still remember what general taiwo told the panel about what blank bullets can do and I don't think blank bullets can do that.
whao so they 53 dead came to the panel, hahahahahahah, blanks can cause injuries and a few persons came out.
There was no firing of live ammunition, if it happened the casualty will be high and no, not audio casualty. Lekki lies will be exposed eventually.

Leave sentiments for a minute and think it through

How many people are in Benin Republic? Perhaps the remaining 2% not exported is enough to feed them. Does anyone import say Yam, potatoes, Garri or even Amala? Why? Because we have enough supply. You do not regulate what you do not produce without causing inflation.

Is the answer not obvious?
Let govt support farmers with ultramodern processing plants and see if anybody will still want to buy a foreign rice
We can do without EPL, we cannot do without food.
Support your farmers by patronage.
I am a local farmr and I need patronage more than government support.

Obasanjo did it with fruit juices, Buhari can do it with rice.
When Obj banned fruit juice completely, there were shout like this, today we have Dansa, Five Alive, Chivita etc, with the corresponding jobs
Local rice production can grow if we support it.

Very good. I love your point. Singapore imports over 90% of their food. And they pay the high prices. Go and read about the cost of food and cost of living there.
The Singapore economy is mainly driven by exports in electronics manufacturing and machinery, financial services, tourism, and the world's busiest cargo seaport. Hence the strong currency. What do we export from Nigeria? We are an agrarian society, what stops us from producing enough rice even for exports?
Singapore situation is entirely different from ours.

We were eating rice before you and Buhari were born my friend and rice is a staple food in Nigeria. What government needs to do is to remove its filthy hands from rice business. We all eat bread and other pastries made from flour which is produced from wheat, I doubt if we have the comparative advantage in production of wheat. Why is importation of wheat allowed? Because we lack the capacity to produce it sufficient quantity and we must eat. Why is government pretending that we have capacity to produce rice when immediately it banned the imputation of rice, local rice jumped up by more than 400% per 50kg bag and you don't want hunger in the land. The solution is simple, don't give forex for rice importation. Create a system where there is good competition between the local rice and foreign rice so that those who can afford foreign rice eat it while decongesting the demand for local rice which has seen the price increase beyond the reach of ordinary Nigerians. Who says that rice import from Benin Republic into Nigeria cannot be taxed? Benin Republic is dumping its rice import into Nigeria because government went into rice business by making its import into Nigeria illegal while not having any means of feeding Nigerians with its brand of local rice. Once u allow direct import of rice into Nigeria, Benin Republic will be out of business, simple
Let me give you small education. Nigeria has NEVER banned importation of rice. It only restricted import to sea ports borders ONLY. y
Why do people go to imports through Benin you may ask. Benin charges low duty on imports, to encourage imports, since that is their main source of Fx. They in turn re export to Nigeria paying no duty (taking advantage of free trade in WA.
Nigeria cannot and will not lower rates just to compete with Benin. It is not right. Benin will just continue to lower and lower the rates and Nigeria will eventually loose out. Best thing to do was what the government did.

When did rice become staple food in Nigeria. Go and study a bit of history or better still ask your parents.
Cheap rice became our bane, if we love rice so much, then let us begin to farm it and improve it. improvement will not come when we don't encourage investment with patronage. Its simple logic.

Just imagine we allow over dependent on imported rice, and there is an epidemic in Thailand or India, what happens to us, imagine we are at war or diplomatic row with the producers of rice, what happens to us.
No nation succeed if it cannot guarantee local food security for its citizenry. You can say al you like because you dislike the current government, but that will not change facts.

Must we produce rice? At whose expense is the closing of border for local rice to thrive? The ordinary Nigerians who are now buying a bag of stone filled local rice for the price of two bags of Tai brand parboiled rice? Who is fooling who here. Government should simply remove its hands from rice, allow whoever want to import rice to source for his forex from wherever source and import. People are hungry and cost of food rising because our local production cannot cater for us all.
