There is a Fulani emirate in kwara, that makes it their land by conquest. In Rivers state, indigenous Igbo kings bear Ezes. Painful right? |

There is nothing like " We come" . it's instead " I come"
So tell me exactly which of the 2 region is your preferred choice so that I can know where to start the argument from Who is ruling Bayelsa now? Are they killing themselved because your party was kicked out? You don't know.. As for last question, Ngozi Okonjo is from the SS and married Iweala from the SE? She represents both regions. Just like her, my affiliation goes beyond the political regional boundary created by Gowon between the SE and SS. You are not qualified to question that because as yorubaman, you name 'yoruba', political identity, and economic disposition were all given to you by non-yorubas. That's why you are neither a bird or a bat as people will say. |

The thing go do una like film. Emotional charlatans E pain am. It's simple proper politics to ensure that the one who taunts and declares others as political enemy must not be given a breather. I'm more comfortable having Sultan of sokoto as president of this country than having a yoruba man whose 'integrity' is always determined by how much his stomach yearns for crude oil and marginalization of the East. I'm ready to cut a deal with the devil himself than a yoruba snake. I'm sure this negates the narratives you tell yourselves in your newspaper stands across yorubaland. I'm sorry but it's time to wake up and start learning some lessons in political integrity.. |

ThatFairGuy: This your chestbeating behavior will not save you people from being beating hands down by the Yorubas come 2023. It'll be a daydream to when you finally realized YOU'RE THE SO CALLED ANT! Answer these questions: Are you expecting Muslims you insult every seconds to vote you? Are you expecting Hausas you call cows to vote you? Are you expecting Yorubas you labelled COWARDS to vote you? Are you expecting SS you INSULT once they go against alliance for Biafra Republic to vote you? Here is my respected chief among you Igbos on NL, {"Okoroawusa" he says the truth and you hate him cos of it}, he can relate. Oga stop deceiving yourself, if per chance, ommision or commision yoruba picks the presidential ticket in APC (which is not even cast in gold). You are facing the north+SE+SS in opposition. Get it very clear. |

helinues: Firstly, there is no region in Nigeria as SS/SE.
So which region are you from and let's start from there Both are contigous regions that have voted in the same pattern since the independence of Nigeria. Deny it. Ofcourse I know it's bad and bitter news to you as a yoruba. Both will have no compelling reason to vote yoruba. I speak as a son of the soil with my placenta buried in the SS and my maternal home in the SE less than 30 km away from my paternal home. |

Grayoso: You Igbos made worse noise than this against Buhari's ambition yet he is now two TERM President of Nigeria.
I think we all now know who Igbos curse will thrive and thise they support are doomed to fail. Just ask Atiku.
Abeg we welcome your curses because you people are yourself cursed, because of your many atrocities, and therefore cannot be allowed by God to curse others effectively. Oga stop using buhari's election to beat your dry chest. Very predictable and typical yorubaman! There have been more than 8 national elections in this country, you've lost almost all and cling to 'buhari election' as if that it is only part that will be taught in history classes. You lots enjoy making yourselves look like elephants by twisting history with half-truths and penchant for telling stories from the middle. It's yoruba stock in trade. Be shameful for once and embrace reality. Can yoruba win election in 2023 with the North+SE+SS as interested parties against SW? No! Did the North tell you they are tired of ruling? No! So where are yoruba going to get their votes? I guess ewedu leaves will stand on queues in polling units to vote you. Weh done Sir! |

Odingo1: Yoruba don't want anything in Nigeria, they are just satisfied with Igbo marginalization and hoping that power will keep on rotating between yoruba and north but in 2023 they will kiss the dust in Nigeria politics and they will never recover in the long run. No future, no ambition, nothing just hope to be receiving monthly allocation from Abuja from Niger delta oil and thats all. Aboy, you get talkie! |

flokii: All you've stated could have been avoided if not for Azikiwe, Ironsi and the Easterners who fought the inclusion of a "SECESSION CLAUSE" in the constitution.
It could have been so easy. Anyone who wants to leave could leave without bloodshed but NO, Azikiwe out of greed and hope of Igbo dominace blew it all away.
So you see why we say the Igbos are the architect of this failing system we have today. The recklessness of their leaders in connivance with the North ruined everything.
Come 2023, Yorubas will take over governance in Nigeria and things will change. Dreamer! |

helinues:

2023 presidency will determine the next step.. Failure or success Lol...start determining now. Because you and I know that that yoruba will not be president in 2023, since you don't believe in rotational zoning that you have previously enjoyed. You have taken your own share in 1999-2003. And finally, if you start your oduduwa cries when you lose in 2023, the SE and SS will be waiting to pay you back based on how you treated Biafra and resource control issues, together with the North. Diplomatic reciprocity is what it is called. |

Mraphel: Please don't disgrace my Igbo tribe on social medias. You village people needs to travel out of your enclaves to see the fact. Yoruba supported Nnamdi Azikwe ( including Awolowo.)
He contested twice in two different parties founded by the Yorubas. He enjoyed the west's support to be victorious over the Northern interest.
Obasanjo became president he was a Yoruba
When we the easterners voted Shagari a nonentity against Awolowo..Yoruba supported Buhari to take over as the military head of state
Abiola enjoyed the support of the Yoeubas to win the election.
Earnest Shonekan was from west
Again Obasanjo came in again as Democratic leader
Yara'dua was supported by the west
When Jonathan won the president by virtue of the SW vote before we turn him against the S.west.
Buhari is a product of western support.
On the other hand..
Igbo brought and supported
Babangida
Abacha
Sheu shagari to power
If Igbo doesn't vote for Yoruba, the South west can still win an election.
Hausa are not ready to merge with Igbo for now because is going to be death trap for them. I see Yoruba winning 2023 without SE support Oga you are a bloody yoruba amala-muncher, gerrout! The East will not vote a yoruba again, until zonal rotational principle is fully observed. Take it or leave it. yorubas are ants that make too much noise to make people believe they elephants. When did they start winning national elections? If they won't give way for the presidency to rotate to the SE, the SE, SS and North will face them squarely in 2023. Just like yorubas and awolowo failed severally at the polls, they'll fail again. yorubas have never made themselves president but they brainwash and deceive themselves that they are 'kingmakers' in post-independence Nigeria. Yoruba will not be president in 2023, I'm very sure about that. Say whatever you like. |

manuelreports: After decades of animosity and calling of names, I think that time have come for us to come together for a reunion party.
We are brothers from Southern Nigeria, we are both educated and enlightened. How then have we turn ourself to an object of caricature in the presence of our enemy.
Our golden treasures have been looted before our eyes and their treasures have been secretly tapped to benefit them while ours goes to the sharing table.
They have seen power as their birth right while the oil that lubricates the seat of power comes from our backyard. This is a case of monkey dey work baboon dey shop.
Till when are we going to keep sounding that drum of disunity and fanning the embers of war.
I have lived with Yorubas as an Igbos and they actually have their strength and weakness. The same with Igbo which is my tribe. We have our strength and our weakness.
There are good Yorubas and their are bad Yorubas, there are good Igbos and there are bad Igbos. I have met nice Yorubas who have helped me, they didn't look at my ethnicity but they did it for the sake of humanity. While then are we here dissipating our energy shouting "Afonja, OSU, Piglet, ipig, cownu, flat heads," and many other unprintable names.
My people, we can't continue like this Let join hands now and save the soul of Southern Nigeria from the hands of the common enemy.
Oduduwa Amaka Biafrans Amaka
thunder will fire anybody who will start name calling on this threead. Abobby, close this thread, it's useless. Reunion for wetin? Thunder fire reunion! |

Coldie: The SE should not do this, the north cant keep power for another 8years. Power must return south no matter who gets it, a lot of things are going on under Buhari and Apc that a lot of us from the south are not aware only when a southern leader gets into power that those things can be corrected.
If north hangs on to power for another 8years forget it Oga forgerrit! The rest of the south will suffer terribly if yoruba grabs power again. After misruling this country for 8 years as Pres. and 8 as VP. The yorubas have not hidden their wicked agenda for the rest of the south. It is naturally the SE turn and SS will support them. If the SE is denied the tickets and zoning disrepected, let it remain in the north, since zoning is dead and buried. There is nothing these chest-beating yorubas like grayoso can do about it. They are conditioned to follow and not lead. We saw it during the war, we saw it when Awo lost election severally. We saw it when MKO, his wife, Dele giwa etc were all killed by the north. Kwara has been in the hands of fulanis for donkey years, what did you do? Nothing! Siddon look mugu! yorubas are all bark and no bite. They can go to blazes when they lose, since they don't belive in equity. They have no clean hands. |

Grayoso: Sentimental toddlers. The SW is the only region the North accepts it has to appease from time to time so that 'one Nai-jara' lives on because the North understand that it is only the SW able to prevent them monopolizing power with real action rather than talk alone as Igbos have done for over 5 decades. Make-me-happy tales that yoruba deceives themselves with. Nobody owes yoruba anything in Nigeria, the north will most likely contest and beat up you up at the polls with the support of the SS and Ibos. You are too cowardly to do anything. When Awo was flogged at the polls what did you do? Stop deceiving yourself, if you mess up, rest of nigeria will come down hard on you. When did you start helping to win elections. No be 2015? You will contest and your loss will be surebanker and you won't do anything apart from shouting the usual 'arrrhhhhhh! emiiiiiiii!', when you finish shouting you'll retire to your bowls of amala. |
