That Rivers results confirms APC and Wike's reputation as confirmed crude election riggers without proper finesse.

They could not even hide the rigging and do it with brains.

In fact the heist was so glaring that some APC members were jittery that it would negatively affect Tinubu's case in the court and accused Wike of rigging without proper strategy in order to prevent Tinubu's bid to become president.


Some other APC members and Tinubu loyalists were afraid of the bad way the rigging was done, and called that INEC should deduct the Rivers votes and declare the other votes, since Tinubu would still be ahead regardless, though by slim margin. They were morbidly afraid that if the courts yanks of those votes, they might declare the election null and void by the validity of results from others states with a pinch of salt.

But Alas, the jegudujera judges had their prices and were simply waiting at the courts to take their own share of the dollar loots shared to electoral delegates, voters and INEC officers. Dispensing electoral justice was not part of their plans..

I'm usually not a fan of “moral” crusades and other manifestations of moral posturing by hypocritical, “Holier than thou” Nigerians because I feel that there are far greater types of immorality confronting this country than whether or not the hemline of a young lady's skirt crosses her knees, or whether that dress she's wearing accentuates her curves or whether a young man has dreadlocks and is wearing ripped jeans.

I always find it amusing when religious leaders denounce "immoral dressing", then invite politicians to the pulpit to address congregations. These religious leaders act as if corruption, embezzlement and nepotism are not acts of gross immorality and politicians have not been the actual heavyweight champions of immorality in Nigeria right from the beginning. Think about it. Have we not been having greedy, incompetent politcal buffoons in Nigeria since 1960, long before anyone even knew what a mini skirt was?

But all the same, I still have an axe to grind with BBN simply because I believe the monetary reward system attached to it is obscenely inflated relative to what it projects. Imagine giving 150 million naira as a reward to someone for simply idling around, gossiping, eating, drinking, fornicating etc for 90 days.

Meanwhile a 1st class graduate will be lucky to get N100,000 during his graduation ceremony and many of them don't even get that much.

In those days when I was young, terrorists were only reported in far places like Afghanistan or Pakistan, the closest about terrorism news is probably Sudan or Mali. Now there is no day you will report a news in Nigeria and there wont be anything about terrorist since the beginning of APC government.

Our people are not involved in anyway in the oppression going on in Palestine. Western Governments by contrast (and "Western" includes Australia and New Zealand) - have been involved through support of Israel and this is why their people protest much.
