I remember Gabriel Okara's Book titled 'Little Frog and Little Snake's, what your mother told you my mother has also told me. Igbos have lost out their control of the South South and Nigeria. It can never be regained. That war was a very big mistake.

This is not the problem. Most people in the south and this has got to middle belt do not want anything to do with Nigeria. The Nigeria you see today is the insistence of North. If referendum is granted to South East other part of Nigeria will request for it. This is the fear of the North. They know that South South and South West would want to leave. Go with your five states. I doubt if the five states will even agree to join Biafra. No one in the south south wants to experience Igbo domination again. It is gone forever.
