Our country is our fault, we do vote based on tribe not on credibility, that's why we facing series of unreasonable challenges..I strongly support a limit be placed on the influence of tradition in our nations affairs, if possible a ban on tradition..!

I rest my case..!

Illogical comment, everyone knows even though our region is deprived of any meaningful federal presence, our standard of living HDI is better than all others.

You better stop bothering , if they insult me , i insult them back , if they insult my tribe i insult them back , eventually i get banned, but whoever did it get cold justice cause i stalk them and make their stay on NL worse

But if you reason with them, it's complete waste of time
I also face the same thing bro..! they don't even want to know the implications of setting up they country, they believe they all would be president in their country, hell they might even kill KANU during power struggle..!

Pls start the 2nd round of genocide, abeg, last time no one was prepared, u will get to know how mentally prepared we are this time.

Everywhere around the word, asking for self-determination is a right guided by UN laws and even Nigeria is a signatory to such laws, but come to this contraption, agitate to leave the union, everyone will be threatening u with, war, genocide and extinction.

"A naghi aso mgbagbu aga ogu", juokwa ese.

#Biafrexit.
so how exactly will your standard of living be..! Will it be up to the one in Nigeria or better pls give me evidence

Go and check the population of The Gambia - it's not up to the size of Anambra state.

Lagos state is said to have one of the five largest GDPs in Africa. Do you know how many countries we have in Africa whose GDP is not even up to half of that of Lagos state?

Have those countries gone into extinction yet? How many of them have been invaded by bigger countries?

Oh, little kid, your tiny brain probably could not handle the idea of Biafra becoming an independent nation. So your genes of doom had to imagine that the emergence of Biafra would be the end of the world, the end of the UN, the end of the AU and the end of the ECOWAS.

Guess what? Just let me know when you wake up.
pls out of those countries that u have listed how many of their citizen are living up to the standard of living In Lagos state..!

Dabullit wrote these things in details perhaps you have read his comment sometimes in the past ?

First problem is capital / resources / ways to fund the new government , no country will part with their savings to help anyone

Second is Disputes , Nigeria will never allow Biafra to keep oil well and i am sure Biafra will not agree to negotiations , this means war

Third is land disputes , already among themselves they fight over land, Nigeria may choose to carve a spot for them considering all the federal government's investments nationwide , they won't agree , then there'll be war again

Cameroon loves oil . they've been arriving at ports without notice , it means if there's war , Biafra would be overrun and colonized by cameroon

So many instances , seaways , airspace will always lead to disputes

How will they have their currency and what would be it's value in International market ?

Reality is bitter
bro I tried explaining to them but the believe setting up a country a country is like setting up a shop..!

No I want Igbo's to stay, I want a big Nigeria, but I am not begging u to stay (don't misunderstand me biafrans like u always do).

I would tell any tribalist that before Igbo tribe was created they are just ordinary individuals, belonging to no tribe, pls Biafra then was because of power struggle, the whole country was in pain then.. Why why why what the Bleep is wrong with u guys, u keep pushing yourselves towards extinction anytime u agitate for Biafra..! I rest my case..!

so u think the money that the Nigerian government is giving your government officers is not enough to convince them that Biafra cannot afford to pay them that amount..monetarily, in terms of respect, in terms of power (political), in terms of alliance, in terms of economy, I can go on, Nigeria would dominate Biafra, they don't stand a chance to survive..

i mean even their governor can't even fight for them..what a shame..!

see running a country is different from running a company, or a shop, especially when u guys are just rising, Cameroon would look down on Biafra,

and if a warIII break's out( which the world is 60% sure it would happen) chances of survival for Biafra is what..!?

the soviet union is made up of countries that united to fight during wwII, if a war breaks out how will Biafra survive.?!

Biafra main resource is crude oil as we can see the price of crude just dropped..will Biafra survive those economy woes..!!

I believe the more the numbers the more the merrier..!

do u think they would listen.. they want to die..I wonder how they even plan on taking on the army with the largest personnel in Africa..biafrans are like spoilt children..despite the money pumped into their state they still want more, can u compare delta to Ibadan I mean they call Ibadan brown roof republic..if the money they give them is not okay they would start crying and wailing..not knowing that the same people that sent them to cry..are the ones with their money...u need evidence see FP..!

GodIsFoolish:
Alexander Okere, Benin

Over 400 persons were on Wednesday arrested by the Edo State Command of the Nigeria Immigration Service for alleged illegal entry into the country.

The suspects were said to have been arrested during a mop-up exercise which started at about 4am on Wednesday across the 18 local government areas of the state.

It was learnt that some of them, who were nabbed in Oredo, Ikpoba-Okha, Esan-West and Uhunmwode local government areas, had forced their way into Nigeria from neighbouring countries like Niger Republic, Mali and Chad.

Three officers of the agency were said to have sustained injuries when they were attacked during the operation.

The State Controller, NIS, Mr David Adi, confirmed the arrest.

Adi said that the exercise became necessary following intelligence reports that many illegal immigrants had relocated to the state without any means of livelihood.

He stated that though the citizens of ECOWAS member-countries had the privilege of free movement, such persons should possess the right documents and travel through approved routes.
