Not all. Standards are not uniform everywhere else. Depends on university, Faculty, Department etc. And in Nigeria like you said, We learn in a non-condusive environment, and under not-very-good conditions.

It doesn't matter if you have bad grades or struggled to pass tough exams ( I struggled myself), but the most important thing is to have learnt after graduating. Something these foreign graduates have refused to do, despite the sophisticated teaching methods and ease of learning in US, Canada and Europe.
