Are you sure the date of birth on your dashboard and that of your bvn corresponds? If yes continue trying, it will pop up

Yes, as the name imply. FCT-IRS is federal capital territory inland revenue service(STATE) while FIRS is federal inland revenue service (FEDERAL). Hope you are clear now?

I tried downloading yesterday but it kept telling me failed, Wait a minute, I persisted. Then another message popped up and said, date of birth doesn't match with bvn. I don't know if i will complicate things if I edit the one on the dashboard and correct it. Please your candid advice

Thank God after how may trial,so this is the drill,this is what I did,my bank details was missing on my profile,I took courage to edit it and re-uploaded all the necessary documents,I saved it, refreshed my browser,logged out and logged in again,them clicked on download ppa letter,the error will still came up,I kept clicking,it didn't take up to 15secs before I got the download successful.

Wow! My neighbor's own refused to download could it be age difference? DOB during registration is different from BVN. Please he needs your advice.

Check your deployment letter very well, they wrote it there. If is wuse, I guess is nysc secretariat, wuse zone 4, close to neighborhood plaza.
