Go to your bank, tell them to print out your BVN information or they should tell you the date of birth in your BVN. I don't know if I have answered your question.

Is real, one of the staffs told us to check our email always for message. It was online recruitment, early 2020 just before covid.

Yes, formerly a college of education with a degree affiliate program from DELSU. It's recently converted to a university alongside two others. So this is their first external recruitment.

It will be super tough to get in without connect though. They need few external candidates, most of which slots have been shared. If you have a connect in Delta State, you can push it though.

Ministry job, besides collecting of form is not a big deal. You can walk into FCSC and get the form, once you are qualified. I just explained this because of the "secured" you used. Please don't get wrong.

you are correct, secondary education board is under state, same salary with teachers. There's nothing like SECONDARY EDUCATION COMMISSION, I guess you are referring to the one at water resources, area 3.
