I called somebody in NOUN, he confirmed they are giving APLs for academic staff, they are yet to issue for admin staff.

NOUN application is usually hand written, 10 copies of each credentials. You applied too? Any update?

I have been trying to Verify my account details, so that I download my PPA letter, I do get error about too many request which I believe is normal for every one but I think when my request is supposed to push through I get another error message "please update your date of birth on you profile"... And I check on my profile, my date of birth is there and correct... What could be the problem please... Thank you

Does your bvn match with your date of birth if yes, leave it may be network but if no, update it to correspond

If you have passed your physical verification is the only time you can download it. It won't ask for bvn or any other thing.

Pass kwa, are they failing the verification ?

When I click to download my ppa letter I'm asked to verify my bvn and account number but when I input my details it's shows that my bvn and date of birth do not correspond. I don't know what else to do.

Make sure both correspond. Go to your dashboard and edit your date of birth, then correct
