Nigerians are suing for change,and this is good. If voting out Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is the motive for that change,then it is the most UNFORTUNATE AND MISERABLE decision anyone can make. Who restored credibility to INEC? Who tranformed the nation's economy, such that we are now the first in Africa, 26th in the world (near the vision 202020 goal)and the fourth largest growing economy in the world? Nigerian banks control Africa's economy, Nigerian now exports cars, Nigerian rail lines now working,is this not development? The great development that would have brought unprecedented development to Nigeria,the removal of fuel subsidy, Nigerians never allowed to see the light! Who built 6 federal universities in one year? Who built almajiri schools? Who started the YOUWIN program, awarding millions to innovative and enterprising graduates? How about the yearly scholarships? .... Christians are born again-they allowed Jesus Christ to save them from their sins, But these other people celebrate Christmas with sins of every kind- immoralies,theivery, adultery, lust, fornication, pornography. Also,what has the Mistletoe, Santa Claus,___fill_in_the_gap____,got to do with Christianity. We can change our ways. We can repent,yes we can,and Jesus is ever willing to save us from our sins. As you celebrate,what do you celebrate? Christ or Roman hethenic idolatry? Jesus Christ was born to save us from our sins. All you need to do is to Repent from your sin& Believe he has paid for your sins with his own life at Calvary to redeem your soul. Remember that you must repent,this comes first! Then,you may celebrate Christ. As Christians,we will do well to celebrate this Christmas by preaching Christ to our sinner friends. This is the best way to celebrate Christ,also meet the needs of the poor. This is what Jesus likes- Repentance and Loving our neighbours as ourselves. |

In Isaiah 9:6, it reads- For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor,The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace The prophecy above was fulfilled in the gospels,centuries ago.Now,the whole world celebrates Jesus Christ.Infact,this is the Greatest Event in history,and Jesus Christ remains the most influencial,most discussed,most celebrated, most important event,and the Greatest Event in history! However,the shoking truth is,a great percentage of people celebrating Christmas are't actually Christians.How is this so? Christians don't tell lies.But they lie that 'Father Xmas is on his way from Rome'. Christians don't engage in Idolatry,but they will not dare kill their chicken on the day before Christmas. Christians believe in Jesus,where did the X in Xmas come from? Christians want to be like Christ-as a means of celebrating Him; But these other people want to be like Santa Claus. |

You too can receive and work signs, wonders and miracles- but not for everybody.This is given to those who have received that grace. The grace to recieve miracles, depends on God giving you Himself. Also, you can ask for this grace,and you recieve your miracles. The grace to work miracles is also given by God Himself, and you can ask for it. However, to ask from God anything and receive, you must be born again,you must have repented from your sins; and have the faith to recieve. Now, to the crux of the matter,the secret behind healing miracles is The Name Of JESUS. Since the emergence of the Internet,life has been made easier for man;with the backing up and storage of vital documents online,the writing of exams online, the list goes on.Infact, it seems like all our lives depend on the world wide web, and its equialents.We never want to think that one day,we log on the www,and we are unable to find anything. If that happens,maybe due to a powerful bug,a giant virus, a mighty worm,and the citizens and institutions(corporate and government) of the world wake up to see a blank internet, seding us back to the days of the - Hello World! - What would we do? With millions of jobs lost, records of criminals wiped off, loans cancelled, demographic reports gone, et cetera ad infinitum. This is not a threat! Neither am I prophesying doom. But, it just came to my mind, and felt I should tell those 'who have ears to hear'. Please, world, make a print out of all your important document, and keep the hard copies safely. Goitre is an Iodine Deficiency Disorder, common in Nigeria, but not a serious public health issue. Other disorders of iodine deficiency include; Miscarriage, cretinism, stillbirths, congenital anomalies, increased perinatal morbidity and mortality, endemic cretinism, neonatal goitre, endemic mental retardation, hypothyroidism, retarded physical development, hyperthyroidism, increased susceptibility to nuclear radiation, et cetera. All these deficiency issues of iodine can be curbed if our women are able to take enough iodine in their diet during and after pregnancy, give their infants exclusive breastfeeding; eating iodised salt, iodine fortified milk and bread, sea foods, certain vegetables. Its good to prevent goitre than treating it. And this is done by eating well. However, some people may still be iodine deficient due to their cooking method. Do you add your iodised salt at the start of cooking or not? If at the start, you may still be iodine deficient. |

The results from recent analysis is as follows: For a 40g mass of ponmo, there are 0g of carbohydrate, 0g of protein, 0% of iron, 0% of sodium, 4g of total fat, 0g of dietary fibre, no vitamin, no calcium. So, scientifically, the only nutient in ponmo is fat, 'bad' fat, mostly. It will also give you some carcinogenic agents, due to it's mode of preparation. Therefore, ponmo consumption is only tasty, not nutritious. Stop eating ponmo. Eaters of ponmo may as well eat shoes. While crying at his defeat, at home. Obo, his friend visited him. He asked why he was crying, which question he answered. Obo implored him to give it a trial in his presence. Which he did like he did at the wise man's house. Obo started to laugh. 'Wisest animal on earth', he giggled. He took the gourd from him, and instead of flacing it in front of his chest, like Ijapa did, he placed it at is back, and climb the tree successfully. Ijapa did the same and was able to climb successfully. That is the end of my story. Didn't I sound like a primary school kid? lol |

I will be sharing the story of Ijapa (Mr Tortoise). One day, he went to meet a very wise man in the land. And told him that he was wiser than any living animal. The man was impressed to see an animal talk in human language, and to claim to be very wise. Ijapa asked the man to test his wisdom to confirm that he was telling the truth. The man thought for a while and told him to come back the following day with an empty gourd. All true the night, he thought about what task, the man would give him. Later, when he could not arrive at a breakthrough, he summoned the courage to sleep. While sleeping, he dreamt that he was involved in an eating competition, with Obo (Mr Monkey), which he lost. 'No, it can't be true.' he consoled himself. The following day, he sluggishly made his way to the wise man's house. There he was told to climb a coconut tree in the man's house, with the gourd tied to his neck. Yes, he did, and fell down, while trying. He tried again, but again he fell. He asked for another tree.... |
