So I registered for NIN sometimes in 2014 and was given one slip like that but unfortunately I misplaced that slip

Fast forward to 2022 and I went to register for another one but I was told the one I did that time is interfering with the one I did now and that I must look for the phone number I registered with way back in 2014.And that's the problem,I've misplaced the number
