Other sites of such which fell into other states like Anambra had their leaders tackling it immediately and seeking refund where necessary....and such was contained if not stopped....

So why is Imo state with highest allocation, oil derivative fund, ecological fund etc different.... And abagworo is among chief campaigners of Rochas... he generalized it so as to hide the failure in leadership called rochas...there are more areas like this in that state while rochas keep lying around...

So if NEC minute stopped in Nov 2014, how about their finance commissioners minute or have they not been receiving allocations and attending monthly meetings since then...

4)Oshiomole was playing politics with figures to shift blames...and retards like you will always fall for it...If $4.1billion was in ECA as at last NEC meeting and now it is $2billion...Has he crosschecked same figure with his finance commissioners because they meet MONTHLY with finance minister to deliberate on same figures?...Why not confirm from his finance commissioner first if he's being sincere?...NEC isn't regular but the latter is(Balance in ECA cum federation account and what to share is done in this meeting)...so we need minutes of such meeting not that of NEC...

5)Why not read again El-Rufai's speech...he's talking about future management of ECA and federation account because he has records of all...He's talking about maintaining the ORIGINAL PLAN for setting up ECA but unfortunately, that cannot happen again because same APC (Fashola & co) took Jonathan to court claiming illegality of ECA; and also current oil price may not even allow for ECA....they can't eat their cake and have it...karma has caught up with them now and they want to turnaround albeit too late....

6)Buhari would have made such statement too if existing records available to him were contradicting?...

7)NNPC isn't part of NEC...So Oshiomole singing about it as evidence of change shows the reason behind his rants...

For the often bandied but never substantiated issue of 30 day asset declaration feedback from CCB please point to any document that states that CCB conducts its search and feedback at a maximum of 30 days or forever keep silent.

The CCB does not conduct its business under secrecy as you have wrongly stated though they may not be permitted to disclose their findings.

They may however disclose that they have conducted their business with assets declared. Only at that point, if a public declaration hasn't been made, may you exercise your manic obsession to hang the new president. You would definitely have nationwide support in that case.

In the meantime, the electorate has spoken...live with it.
