He cleared arrears owed by Mbadinuju...and a part of Ngige...and NEVER owed anybody...Some of my family members that retired under him happily invested their gratuities into real estate especially in the state capital and are happier for it till tomorrow... His education empowerment especially for 1st class graduates of ANAMBRA STATE origin anywhere also got into my family... Our testimonies and prayers for him will hunt anybody or any soul that pushes to run these awesome deeds down based on primitive or pecuniary or other nepotistic reasons... The establishment was anti Peter Obi and yet PDP won all southeast states and did marginally high in states like ANAMBRA STATE where the sitting governor actively campaigned against Peter Obi...
Now, since Obi has left PDP, let's see what numbers that they can do again without him...
And can he do a comparative analysis of total numbers of votes from southeast Vis a vis other regions?
I was thinking he should be hyping on the good sides of his candidate and not discussing opposition candidate who doesn't reply or give him attention...
And fortunately, he's helping Peter Obi to consciously remain active in the minds and hearts of the populace and nation by endlessly talking about him... |

casualobserver: do you actually understand what he is saying? The man is clueless!! but ofcourse his supporters are too dumb to understand what he just tweeted. I am sure Obi himself does not understand what he just posted probably Utomi who told him what to type. Well let me explain to you idiots. The Nigerian economy needs expansionist policies not contractionary monetary policies. The ley word there for those of you who have a brain is "contraction". you use contractionary monetary policies when your economy is overheating and there is inflation, like currently exists in the US. Nigeria's inflation isnt caused by an overheating economy, it is caused largely by imported inflation due to plummeting exchange rate. You dont solve that problem by contracting the economy, what you will then induce is stagflation or depression, a situation where the economy is contracting due to tightening of liquidity in the economy and inflation is still rising (because the primary cause of inflation (devaluating currency) is not adressed. It shows the man and his team have absolutely no understanding of how economies work!! I am dissapointed in Utomi if he has a hand in this, I thought he was more intelligent than this. If only Obi knew how much of a fool he has just made himself look in front of knowledgeable people!! My goodness...you're arrogantly ignorant... sorry Oga... big sorry...smh |

Parachoko: Some of you just love arguing for arguing sake.
The Govt. followed your advise and saw how disastrous it is, they had to intervene when they saw how the naira was falling against the dollar.
If not for the CBN intervention, the naira will be more than ₦1500 against the US dollar by now.
If the exchange rate is determine by the forces of demand and supply, naira to Dollar might be close to ₦2000 right now
Your idea have been tried and it failed.
Nigeria is not ready for such a policy. I think you're not reasoning well because you don't like Peter Obi... He talked about policies that will exponentially grow the economy such that the naira will be allowed to freely find its level and feet in the market...Base of every robust economy is SMES(grow them and economy thrives); Peter just dropped conscious and active plans on growing them...He also talked about boosting investors confidence by dropping a legal framework protecting their investment and then their local partners... Oga, how would naira not be strong under such conditions? I knew Buhari didn't mean well immediately he killed YouWin( an active Government initiative at growing SMES)...and backed by Tinubu's best hands, they bequeathed us anarchy. But instead of reading with understanding, you rushed to castigate him...Drop emotions Buhari didn't put those measures in place, so if they allow naira to find its feet, wahala go full everywhere |

Obinoscopy: Yes, his 8-yr stint as governor was what made me come to that conclusion. Before the advent of Obi and Ngige, we never knew Anambra State had money to do anything. The roads were in disarray, there were lots of armed robbery, thuggery and jungle justice, salary and pensions were not paid, lots of labor strikes. Back then, we sincerely believed there was no money in Government. But Ngige came in and turned the tide, Peter Obi took over and continued in the direction of good governance. Lots of roads were built, salaries and pensions were paid, security improved, hospitals built, education revamped, all these were done with State Government resources. It was like a miracle. This is the reason why Anambarians don't believe in PDP because they were the ones that made us believe that there was no money in Anambra State. Anambrarians however will never forget the good governance from Peter Obi and Chris Ngige.
Peter Obi might be corrupt as he was part of the old political system but his governance style is different from the regular politician. However Tinubu is fantastically corrupt, same goes for Atiku. Nigerians in their wisdom know that it might be difficult to sell the candidacy of a politician who is not connected to the old system e.g Sowore, so they opted for someone who is connected to the old system but also connected to the new....Peter Obi. Peter Obi is my brother, but that's not the main reason why I'm supporting him. If he were Rochas or Orji Uzor Kalu, or Chinwoke Nnamani or Ikpeazu, I wouldn't support him. But the likes of Peter Obi, Soludo, Okonji Iweala, Chris Ngige, Kingsley Moghalu, I will always support because of their pedigree and track record. Nice one... Apologies for calling you a Tinubu stooge or urchin |
