my brother just called today that the cut-off mark for Economics is 52 and my aggregate is 60.8 taking Delsu for second choice. |
i guess so @ markolini |
@markolini but i heard ecostat will be available in 2 weeks time. |
@Bright007 here is mine 15681055IJ |
When will the result 4 ecostat be out and is there anyone that have been admitted to study ecostat? |
if you have not summit it to have a printed copy that u have to take to any of the listed banks, i believe it means nothing as you start all over again to register for the pume@ nonsense |
May our wish be granted and many thanks to the Lord being a uniben aspirant and scoring one additional mark to what nathasha scored. |
@digit90 thank you Sir and it is fun being here. |
@ digit the 1st and the 2nd workings and answer is wrong. The profit Okoro made wasn't 100,000 but 10,000. Cross checking your workings and that of the second question, the workings is right but the answer is wrong. HERE IS MY WORKINGS AND ANSWER 1. c.p=500,000; -x= (s.p-500,000/500,000) X100 okoro c.p= 500,000-5000x therefore; 40(500,000-5000x)/100=10,000 20,000,000-200,000x=1,000,000 -200,000x= 1,000,000-20,000,000 -200,000x=-(19,000,000/200,000) x=95. therefore the valuve of x is 95(which is a loss being -95% for Joseph) 2. A= P(1+r/100)^3 50,000=P(1+0.25)^3 50,000=P(1.953125) P= 50,000/1.953125 P= 25600. Therefore the man needs #25600. |
@digit The workings is 100% correct. one can use dy/dx but using dy/da simply means looking for area(TSA). Try to give me only the volume of a cylinder and i bet you, i will give you the height, radius and the total surface area of the cylinder. |
volume of a cylinder= #r^2h=4 r^2h=4/3.142=1.2731 therefore h=1.2731/r^2, eqn1 Remember that T.S.A of a cylinder is 2#rh + 2#r^2; 2#r( h+r) substituting h for 1.2731/r^2, we have 8.0002r^-1 + 2#r^2, using dy/da we have, -8.0002/r^2+ 4#r therefore; 4#r=-8.0002/r^2; r^3=0.6366 r= 0.8602cm( radius of the cylinder) from eqn(1) to find the height h= 1.2731/(0.80602)^2 h(height)= 1.7204 therefore the radius is 0.8602cm and the height is 1.7024cm. cross check it and you will get 39998cm cube approximately 4cm cube. |
@digit the question is totally correct and that is why you are asked to find the radius and its height. you can check me on facebook with the name -Uboh Wisdom Godwin. thanks |
it is good having mathematicials here, if the volume of a cylinder is 4cm cube. What is her radius and hight? |
rip as many nigerians misses you. |
@poster You may think getting married will proof to your parent that you are not a kid, you can handle things and you can decide for your self on what is good or bad. You about showing the childish thing in you thinking you should able to prove that your matured by going into married with just any guy that comes your way at 19. Who got the right love to make your proof concrete? Your parent knows you and want to protect you. |
it is not clear enough!!! |
Business is a game to make profit by winning or losing all that you have invested in it. Chinese company's in nigeria do produce goods here but at the back of the product/good is 'made in china.' |
if it were to be an ordinary civilian in that shoe, he will surely spend the two years there if it were not to be bailled. . .it is not even up to 8months- so,where is nigeria going with bode in pdp? |
FOLLOW YOUR HEART TO SEE WHERE IT IS TAKING YOU TO. THE HEART IS SOMETIMES RIGHT OF TRUE FEELINGS. YOU OWN YOUR HEART AND DON'T LET PEOPLE HAVE IN SAY IN IT- IT HURTS THE MORE BEING SILENT AS THE TIMES TICKS AND WE BECOME OLDER. |
