Christianity EtcRe: Davidylan, Striktlymi, Ihenobi, Chukkynwob: I Renouce Atheism. by wiegraf: 8:23am On Mar 22, 2013
ooman: Hi, for the bold. Notice the only thing I contended is Gain and Loss in a closed system-which you confirm to be a good point. Where did the bold come from then?
https://www.nairaland.com/1230274/striktlymi-davidylan-right-wrong#14828126

ooman: Do you know that the entropy of a closed system cannot also increase.

Perhaps you're projecting your problem to me. pele o.
So, brah, why changing topic so soon? Distracting, etc...

Who jumped in blindly thinking he could finally score a point over his atheist overlords and their world conquering agenda?

What was that about adhominems? You didn't address anything with this post. Well, other than demonstrate davidylanesque whargarbl

edit; if it wasn't rage btw that would make you ooman levels foolish

davidylan: Again another who simply comes with bluster and no point. Where have i made no sense? Can you exactly show me why and how it is wrong?
Just above, you claimed I said energy increases in a closed system, along some other nonsense about order being entropy. That makes no sense. Where? I dey wait ohhh...

Seriously, in your blind rage you're quoting.....ooman

Ooman that copy/pastes from urban dictionary... And even those copypastas he does not understand.

davidylan: apparently you lack the capacity to rationally present a point. Trading physics principles is wasted on those who merely raise their voice to avoid the indignity of acknowledging they actually have no idea what they talk about.

Like ooman rightly pointed out... adhominems are the last refuge of the weak and ignorant. Good day.
Shut up and show me where I said that you eediot, instead of all this diverting tactics nonsense.

davidylan: oh dear... the self conceit of the atheist. I suppose i should quit my job to sit around responding to wiegraf's every post.

hmmm i notice you did not address ooman's point... how do you lose energy in a CLOSED system? grin
And here, my rabid chihuahua, please show where I state that you lose energy in a closed system. I'll be here all day (actually I have $hit to do, but you get the point). You don't understand the post, why comment on it? You sound as foolish as the great ooman himself.
Christianity EtcRe: Davidylan, Striktlymi, Ihenobi, Chukkynwob: I Renouce Atheism. by wiegraf: 3:07am On Mar 22, 2013
davidylan: the truth is both of you are equally clueless at this point. His claim that entropy does not increase in a closed system... is not true... infact just by looking at statistical probabilities, the likelihood that entropy will increase in a closed system is by far higher. Cases where entropy decreases in a closed system is very low (one of the situations where this might be true is in situations where there is significant gravitational force).

With regard to your response to him, frankly it was incomprehensible gibberish.
First bold, good ser, I'd commend your honesty but you couldn't lie in this situation, else you'd look as foolish as ooman, and that's rather low.

Second bold, how convenient. Muskeeto you claim ran off had no issues with it, yet here you are..

alaric saltzman: 1. If you were walking on an airplane that was going as fast as as the speed of sound, would you be walking as fast as speed of sound?

2. There were three dudes: A black man, a white man and a Chinese man. They found a magical genie and they each got one wish.
The black man wished he was a bird so he
could fly. The white man wished he was a
plane so he could fly. While the Chinese man was thinking, he tripped over a rock and said "Crap!"...what happened??

3. There were 2 black birds sittin on a wall...what were dia names??
Not sure why no ones answered no 1 yet, where is the trap?

Moving uniformly especially (not accelerating, like you imply), locally, no. Relatively, yes.

In fact, right now you're spinning around the world faster than the speed of light if you're in 9ja (I think, as we're close to the equator) let alone when compared to other bodies in different reference frames.

Like the other answers I seem to be giving recently this is not the answer you want, but it is technically correct, heh. So, where's the trap?

Dunno the others. Rockets and crows?

We don't have nice things like camps as we don't threaten people, or care, etc, but he's a nontheist abeg, not an atheist. Look it up on urban dictionary. Or ask him to explain more clearly after he's finished playing with his toy rambo, watching ben 10, sucking his mama's teats or whatever he does in his free time. Ah yes, the likes? I can think of only one creature low enough to see reason anywhere near there, vedaxx. Oh, and homosapiens. Then again, trolls could have upped their game. It's kind of tempting to 'like' those posts myself..

ooman: You know, if you lack answers, abuse is not a safe haven for you.

My advice is that dont hide under the umbrella of atheism thinking you are wise. Do some reading. Update your knowledge. Only a fool would think updates are not necessary.

The rest of your comment are blahs of a pig.
Ooman, you're rather foo.lish, how old are you? I would recommend more thought and less buffoonery, though this is harder done than said. This is advice btw, nothing malicious per say. Considering your passion I hoped you could take over from our Knight LB as he retires but you'll just screw up his hard work at this rate.

Unthinking eediot - another blind atheist.

This will take far, far too long to explain to you though, and you're not exactly paying me....

ooman: Or perhaps, your own stupi.dity made you an atheist.

Could two different people misconstrue you exactly? I think its time you take a break, perhaps seek forgiveness in a church. That people are Theists in no way suggest they are not wise and that in no way makes you wiser. You must be an eediot for saying believing in God makes people wrong by default. Do you know that the foundation of scientific laws were laid by Theists? Fool! Do some reading.

Finally, only eediots will use the terms "gain" "lose" to qualify a closed system. Equilibrium is the term used, junk.
So he's correct in assuming a man lived in a whale for 3 days? There were talking fires and snakes not so long ago? We popped out of nowhere 6,000 years ago. God became human, killed himself brutally, turned himself into a zombie so he could buy forgiveness from himself. etc etc. Judeo-xtians are right about all these things? Did you note I said judeo-xtians, not theists? And btw, I never said I was smarter or wiser than him, I said he was wrong about a lot of things. Actually, one way or the other, we all are you genius...kayi

How could two people misconstrue me exactly? Well... I'm sure through humanity's history, eediots of your kind unable to decipher statements as simple as that one you quoted in the op have never existed, therefore I see your point. This sort of foo.lishness has never occurred to humanity before so you find it bizarre.

Equilibrum? Entropy has no effect in a closed system? It has no effect on your equilibrium?? Do you even know what the 3rd law is??

Your folly, it's too much...Too much.. I give...up.. Can't...breathe...
Stoopidity... it chockes you.. it is also contagious.. it's dangerous to hover for long around it...

ooman: Could it be that davidylan too is wrong. Dumb eediot, go back to school. How can a closed system 'gain' or lose anything? Does that make sense to you? The fact that you even used order to qualify entropy is enough reason to know you are a junk. These are the 'wise' NL atheists. Its a shame.
He believes yah'weh exists. Considering how judeoxtian myths, ethos, etc, permeate everything they do, that would make him wrong about a lot of stuff by default.

I never claim to be wise

He was clearly wrong with his interpretation of my statement, just as you (blatantly) were. Notice how he ran away? Anyone with a working brain can spot that hence I never bothered to correct you. By leaving it that way, you advertise your foo.lishness to anybody with the ability to think without my having to do anything. I'm not sure if I should be disappointed with david or not...

And claiming entropy does not increase in a closed system is one of the stoopidest things a pseudo-scientist could say. One way or the other something MUST pay the price. You have absolutely no grasp of what the concept means, probably even if you take the strictly scientific interpretation which you've deluded yourself into thinking you understand. Also, what is this about entropy having nothing to do with 'order'?

Che! Are you sure you were not indoctrinated into atheism? Maybe you grew up in china?

davidylan: Well i cant say i am surprised. Science is routinely abused here by those who largely depend on copy-paste jobs from the web. lol entropy = order? grin Wahala dey o.
wiegraf: just because you gain one sort of 'order' that does not mean you don't lose another type of 'order', you always do. That is entropy.
Could it be you're on ooman's level of comprehensive abilities? Do you need crayons as well? Let me fill in the fairly blatant blanks

wiegraf: just because you gain one sort of 'order' that does not mean you don't lose another type of 'order', you always do. (This order you always lose) That is entropy.
This, mind you, in response to his assertion that entropy does not increase in a closed system....
He mistakens gaining one sort of order to mean overall order does not decrease

Now please, mastah scientist, explain ooman's glorious point....

You claim people accept whatever the white man tells them, after I just took some time out to explain that you accept your white slave master's gods as superior on faith (not even evidence) while claiming your forefathers gods/spirits/whatever are out there stealing pipis.

You may wonder why I'm a little hard on eediots like you, it's because despite of the very real harm inflicted on people because of your incredible foo.lishness, you persist. There's not much of a difference between your mentality and that of people who chase children out of their houses because they are 'witches'. nigerians believing believing black magic can be used for dick lifting is backward yes?
Yes.

To give you a sense of scale, anyone, not just nigerians and especially after reading through a thread like this one, still believing in pipi lifting should be on animal planet.

But I would add particularly nigerians or anyone from cultures where these eediocy persists. Why? Here's a quote from a silly oyinbo

einstein: Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Your juju has failed you, repeatedly, through history yet here you are again. But please do feel free to equate having a brain to wanting to be oyinbo

On another note, you're probably judeo-xtian sef, accepting oyinbo man's unverified claims (which they themselves don't cherish anywhere near as much as we do these days). I thought judeo-xtian beliefs were incompatible with juju, or do you believe in pagan gods as well? If you don't, then what are the gods of your forefathers? Mere spirits? Demons? No, evil spirits then? Well, at least I hope you can afford them the courtesy of perhaps being fallen angels or some other highly ranked jazz, no? Ah, I see. They have the distinction of being the much more respectable and distinguished pipi-thieves. What are they going to do with all those pipis sef, perhaps you can tell me?

You pipi all over the memory of your forefathers, their very beliefs, because of unverified claims in some oyinbo story books, then you look others in the eye and claim they want to be oyinbo?

God has blessed us well well

Na wa. Not sure who to blame. On the one side we have the hated, opportunistic oyinbo who's computing devices we're currently using. On the other we have our learned, wise, rational ancestors who went off in the thousands to fight a few hundred white devils, pitting their juju against the simple science of the oyinbo gun and, rather importantly, common sense. Then of course duly getting enslaved. I'd like to blame it all on the oyinbo devil but it seems we were foo.lish before our misadventures with them and, despite slavery ending a while back, remain so.

First 'pipis disappear', after some questioning it's now 'they grow smaller'. Koro has been pointed out already yet we still get 'it happens'. There's man-goat, yam-men, man-motorcycle, spiritual shields to guide against bullets (why don't y'all test them out?), etc etc. All without a single shred of evidence (hearsay does not qualify, I hope y'all know that?). Let me explain why these things work only in Africa. They do so because you, yes you, are so unbelievably foo.lish you actually believe this stuff.

And a man may have gotten his fingers cut off over this. Quite possibly people have died, reputations/lives lost, etc.

god save us, god save us all....dohohohohoho I'm done now..

PS, look at japan if you want to see it being done right. Taking what's useful from the white man while maintaining your own cultural identity, not this rank foo.lish, hypocritical (most of you even subscribe to their religions...their unverified claims...let alone the verified ones...kayi) 'oyinbo mans ways are wrong' nonsense.

From the article I posted earlier.

wiki: Signs and symptoms

Most patients report acute anxiety attacks due to perceived genital retraction and/or genital shrinkage, despite any objectively visible biological changes in the Instruments that are longstanding. "Longstanding" refers to changes that are sustained over a significant period of time and do not appear reversible, unlike the effect of cold temperatures on some genital regions that cause retraction. These changes may trigger a koro attack when observed, although the effects of cold temperatures are objectively reversible.[12] According to literature, episodes usually last several hours, though the duration may be as long as two days.[13] There are cases in which koro symptoms persist for years in a chronic state, indicating a potential co-morbidity with body dysmorphic disorder.[10][14] In addition to retraction, other symptoms include a perception of alteration of penis shape and loss of penile muscle tone. In cases when sufferers have no perception of retraction, some patients may complain of genital paraesthesia or genital shortening.[15] Among females, the cardinal symptom is nipple retraction in the breast, generally into the breast as a whole.[10]

Psychological components of koro anxiety include fear of impending death and penile dissolution and loss of sexual power.[16] [10] Feelings of impending death along with retraction and perceived spermatorrhea has a strong cultural link with Chinese traditional beliefs. This is demonstrated by the fact that Asians generally believe Koro symptoms are fatal, unlike most patients in the West.[10][17] Other ideational themes are intra-abdominal organ shrinkage, sex change to female or eunuch, non-specific physical danger, urinary obstruction, sterility, impending madness, spirit possession and a feeling of being bewitched.[10]

Extremely anxious sufferers and their family members may resort to physical methods to prevent the believed retraction of the penis. A man may perform manual or mechanical penile traction, or "anchoring" by a loop of string or some clamping device.[18] Similarly, a woman may be seen grabbing her own breast, pulling her nipple, or even having iron pins inserted into the nipple.[17] Physical injury may occur from these attempts.[10] These forceful attempts often lead to injuries, even death.[19]

Causes

Psychosexual conflicts, personality factors, and cultural beliefs are considered as being of etiological significance to koro.[9] Sexual adjustment histories of non-Chinese victims are often significant, such as premorbid sex inadequacy, sexual promiscuity, guilt over masturbation, and impotence.[20]

You don't seem to have been involved in that nonsense of cutting off a man's fingers, but let me make it clear that if indeed that really took place, all involved need to be locked up, the keys thrown away and forgotten for good. That sort of behavior is undoubtedly cancer of the purest quality possible, demonstrating how someone could think diarrhea has more value than 9ja. Believing is not compulsory but true story or not, I hope you know how foo.lish behavior of that sort is, yes?

Btw, why don't any of you ever take pictures? Heck, even get nta involved. They put goatmen/tubermen on tv, why not pipi-less men as well? You know, preferably one that's been verified by doctors around? Even a corpse would do, actually.

ooman: After dialogue with these eediots, i thought its high time i made a new stand on nairaland. I shall remain an atheist on other forums but on NL, i am now a nontheist. Nontheism according to wikipedia is a term that covers a range of both religious[1] and nonreligious[2] attitudes characterized by the absence or rejection of theism or any belief in a personal god or gods. It has become an umbrella term for summarizing various distinct and even mutually exclusive positions united by a naturalist approach.
