His claim that entropy does not increase in a closed system... is not true... infact just by looking at statistical probabilities, the likelihood that entropy will increase in a closed system is by far higher. Cases where entropy decreases in a closed system is very low (one of the situations where this might be true is in situations where there is significant gravitational force).
