...Interesting post yet again by Lawyer.... So thankful for your insights.... U probably won't know me....I know u well 'cos u've helped with avoiding several land mines in real estate transactions particularly lands.... What will shock u is how very educated and seemingly exposed folks are willing to scam another fella.... ...Be wary of those estates in Ibeju Lekki...I think that's the next bust in Lagos real estate... I believe so many folks are being scammed in that axis... For the Beechwood Estate guy... I'm so sure you've being scammed....that estate has a good title and ARM - the primary owner has a structured process for land sale et al.... If in doubt, ask folks who know...Lawyer is a listening ear...he will always talk to u if u call him.... 1 Like |

Okay...I think I need to add a piece of my mind... Usually, won't join issues here but one can not afford to pass by without sharing my one cent... Fash has def done a good job... Something I keep telling folks about the ACN states whether u like their selection process or not is the fact that it seems to ensure that visionary individuals take over the mantle of power. Was in Surulere with my wife last week searching for Diamond Registrars and FBN Registrars and couldn't help but wonder how anyone can say Fash has done nothing. The excellent network of well tarred roads just beat my imagination.... The institutions work...like LASTMA or not....the absence of that agency would have sent many Lagosians to their early graves... Again....for any clown to sit down and say this man has done nothing is to live in a cocoon and wallow in self deceit... Tell me any Governor that has out performed this guy... and please don't even bring GEJ into dis discussion... To start with...GEJ lacks vision and is the most clueless President Naija has ever had... |

...I still think taking a 25 litres keg to the filling station is the best way to find out if the pump is properly calibrated. Be that as it may...don't think there is any filling station that does not cheat. Some are just better than others... For me MRS filling stations have always been the closest to 'reasonable'... Hmmm...love this thread... Me think Romney just made d greatest blunder in his political career... Going spiritual now...kind of reminds me of how d US economy just tanked badly in Sep/Oct 2008 giving Obama the presidency... Look u don't bring someone this controversial into an election cycle that will be determined in less than 100 days... The Ryan plan which will become the focus of the campaign whether d Romney camp likes it or not is too toxic and a no go area.... They will scare all the voting blocs away....many will not even vote... If d Romney's camp is doing this for the base (i.e. the Tea Party)....they have lost it 'cos those folks cannot and will not change the outcomes.... The Independents have decided elections in America in the last 4 cycles and that will not change now.... The Independents or centrists are going to move left and vote Obama or an independent candidate which may just be a repeat of the Clinton Vs Bush Snr and Clinton Vs Dole where votes to alternative party platforms besides Rep and Dem decided the elections.... Folks....this election is an electoral college...nothing more or less... How can u leave Portman or the guy from Ohio....or even Rubio who may have brought Florida into play...and finally Christie....d NJ guy who appeals strongly to Independents and take a Rubio who cannot deliver Wisconsin for certain....
