The human being is humans' problems! What people do for money, I would rather live from hand to mouth than to be part of these atrocities in the name of making wealth. Pathetic! |
Religion has impeded global development. This is as a result of wrong perception of why religion exist. Thus, you observe, people of a particular sect see members of other sects as someone with no true moral standard, and to the extreme as enemy. And this is obvious; it's just that the people are made not to see that the religion as they perceive it has enslaved them. I advice that people should work towards the development of the world. It is only when the people understand the necessity of developing the world that the true meaning of religion will dawn on them. Whether Muslim, Christian, Sikhist, Buddhist, etc. the peoples are still one. I play(sic) that we discover the truth. Amen. |

Pity! This was how a friend of mine called Uzonna Ilomuanya died. I hate when people die because of love for football. Some even fight and get killed in arguing football. This is why I decided not to fan one club again. I was Arsenal fan but today I fan many clubs. This is to make sure that I have good relationship with others who get obsessed with there club. R.I.P bro. |
The amount quoted is it meant for the masses that survive on very few dollars a day? Nigeria needs to subsidize education since education is the foundation of any successful nation. Some of the fallout of this high cost of formal education in this country include robbery of any form as seen in the country now, moral contempt, depression in the populace, even Nigeria life expectancy is as low as 47yrs. It is a pity. Exercise patriotism for a minute: I'm sure you will see how lovely it is! |
You see?! We know our problems. We know that our education system is not good enough, that is why we tend to go abroad and study: thus, we enrich them. Greater percentage of those sending their children abroad to study come from our representatives in the public offices. They left the academic sector with nothing then send there children to study overseas. Until we pay proper attention to education,Nigeria will never grow. |
Poorly-oriented government incubates social vices. The highest peak of the abuse of education will definitely make Nigeria a horror. A personified CHAOS. To those of us fighting for a good cause: never you relent. A small change makes a difference; and don't forget that Rome was not built in a day. |
When you underestimate education, you will produce working-class that will do poorly in application. Thus, they beg. And the world despise them for the disgrace self-inflicted. It all has a solution with EDUCATION. : ASUU Strike: Prostitution Will Increase Among Female Students– Sex Workers To FG by willahpih(m): 11:47am You see! A proustite is ,now, an adviser to the FG. But must the government be told before they know this. How can a country like Nigeria, that aspires to develop like other developed countries of the world, lay less emphasis on the education sector. Yes, I know what I'm saying. Nigeria puts government first in the list of national priority before education. Nigeria, I refer to here, should be taken as the constitution. Yes, our constitution gives higher priority to the government than education; ignoring or unobservant that it is education that man the government. Bad education breeds bad governance. So, it is obvious why we have poor governance in Nigeria. Just imagine how big our nation is, be it population or landmass, and then imagine how much we have spent on average as per education. Do the same imagination for government. Then, compare the two. What is your result?! You will see that education has little weight than government in Nigeria. Thus, we conclude , we have bad education. And from the implication, we have bad government. So for Nigeria to prosper, it has to learn how to spend and work more for education sector above all. Because once you have good education sector, you must definitely have good government by implication. Where is a country, whose students should be in school but are caused to proustite due to no activity brought about by the government in the sector, going? Things are in shambles here. We are trading our future by all this misappropriation, looting, e.t.c.. I pray for a better one Nigeria. Amen. |
Exactly! Poor government! How can the government empower people without education. When you give people education, you empower them. When they become working-class they will fit in properly. If you empower them without education, the empowerment is bound to fail, and they will still comeback as beggars. You see the level of corruption? How can the government take a beggar to the court? Who will speak for the beggar? You want to take someone that cannot afford food to eat to court. And if you win, you will think you are smart. Our problem has only one solution: EDUCATION! : ASUU Strike: Prostitution Will Increase Among Female Students– Sex Workers To FG by Willahpih(m): 11:47am You see! Wow...excellent! As a graduate of Mathematics and Statistics, also currently an electrical engineering student of 400 level some months back I was struck with a very fantastic biz idea. And every step I have taken in developing it I appreciate a lot seeing how great it is. I give it time cos I believe that out there requires something new and relevant, and also with great value for the people. But these ideas above are simply great! |
It is regrettably pugnacious. I have observed, in the office of a scholar, that here in Nigeria education is being played as a second fiddle. Try and take the statistics pertaining to education in the developed countries of the world such as USA , England, Japan, e.t.c. you will observe that the education sector is not taken for granted. You don't need to be to tertiary institution to know that education is an algorithm to the backbone of any nation that aspires to develop. Nigeria claim to emulate American style of governance, right? Then, why isn't it(Nigeria) emulating its(American) style of education? I think it's because they can easily divert and misappropriate peoples fund meant for projects. Thus, we see trillions of USD being looted and the judiciary is there applying game theory in deceiving us. But, the funniest part is that the people some what myopic because of selfishness...when you're offered two thousand naira by the so-called politician, you grab it and trade your future with it. We suffer today cos our future was traded by our few generations in the past. But we can still make corrections. Considering the meager amount the government does not want pay ASUU, you will see that this so-called government wants to trade the future of this present youth. What is one trillion NAIRA to invest in academia compare to our money, folds of trillions of USD being looted every tenure? I believe that this country's academia is going nowhere if the government cannot afford to mete out one trillion USD for every tenure for education sector. Think of good labs(well equipped), good class rooms, good teachers, good school infrastructures(including good security measures). When we have all these things, then, we will have our students good(well educated). Only about 1trillon+ is difficult for our gov. to put in education but between 2010 and 2015 over 7trillion got missed only in Nigeria Port Authority. It is a shame. Our government fail us. And students that are supposed to be in schools are at home. May God revamp us. Amen. |
Copy that. But even though properly understood, I have a pity with the effect of the number two which details about experience. Let's talk of fresh graduates here. So, as they don't have work experience yet, who will employ them? Who will if experience is one of the keys? So what if we assume a scenario where all companies want experienced employees. Who will employ these fresh graduates at that critical moment of their life, after spending of there resources in the school system? And at graduation, these graduates are left by there providers to fend for themselves. Please, how can they have experience without being employed? This condition is one of the root of social vices in our nation as these graduates must survive. Instead of these companies and the government to make provisions for internships, or "employ-and- exprience-brush-up" , they demand for experience. It is appallingly egregious. I don't blame them only but also blame us the people as we can easily find a way to stone and burn that dude who steal fifty naira out of desperation to survive, like that gal of about 7yrs in Lagos state some time ago was kill in the street for stealing GARRI to eat( 7yrs old!), than to execute the people elected in the office by us, to serve us, who loot billions of USD at the expense of us...yes us!.. that 7yr-old murdered in cold blood. Look at them in the office. Be sincere, you know them. Che Guevara: revolution does not fall, you have to make it fall. |
Appalling! Ill-oriented government. We are good observers and speakers(e.g. FFK, OBJ) but very bad executioners...poor doers(e.g. PMB,OBJ). I pray for a changed us. Amen. |
This scene is appallingly egregious. From this, one can easily picture the view of the ineffective government and the ignorant citizens. The government ignore the provision of proper and consistent road stewardship and the ignorant citizens neglect the importance of safety rules...why over loading for Christ sake? This is corruption in the other form. I pray that God will grant these souls eternal rest. Amen! |
Faze alone. I really missed this "manchi'' musiks. Why is he not releasing new albums again. After the" Independent "&" Originality " he quenched. Or is he still working as a banker as I heard?! Well, Letter to my Brother guy....I miss ya and can't wait to cee ya. |
It is a good move for quick and proper attention to the victims. And I plead the people involve to shun politics in funds made for these victims treatments. Please, Oh Lord, I pray for there quick recovery. Amen! |
