tpacalipse: Yes it is possible. By being faithful yourself, that is how.I don't think this counts cuz I practically believed and done this like so many people out there. |

May God bless you for this thread, I have traded on this before and I need more Ideas. I heard Interest rate is calculated by 3mths interval so If I place my money for the 1st 365days and the interest rate is say 14.5%, does it mean this rate will be stable for that period or if the interest rate changes it will also affect me. Please explain more on duration of investment and how interest rates are applied. Thanks |
grandstar: I will advise you to go for GTB bank. It will do well in the long term. Also reinvest whatever dividend they pay you into it. The big money is in reinvestment of dividends. also invest in First Bank. Its seems well run and have loads of customers.I think you should probably expatiate on bonds and shares, what the turnover is like, just more details before you make suggestions. can you do this please cuz I'm very interested. Thanks |
I have tried what I'm about to recommended, It's very effective but low returns. You hardly would see high returns that are genuine so I advice you make this choice for safety purpose. There's something called TREASURY BILL investment in the bank but its controlled by central bank, you invest your money for a minimum period of 3mths and get an interest on your money and at the end of the period the money is reverted to your account which you can also reinvest. Now the interest varies and is calculated on a 3mths basis, it ranges from say 13%-15% for a minimum of 3mth according to central bank periodical updates. All you need do is work into your bank and demand for it. Now note; from my experience some banks don't accept less than N1m while the least you can invest is N200,000 Why there is this difference is that the investment between banks and central bank is in millions, so banks just get the cash from customers interested in million denomination while others open up to customers who may afford in bits, collect from different customers and invest as a bulk but the decision on your interest is based with central bank untouched by your bank. One thing you need to know is that bankers may try to convince you to do a fixed deposit instead of this but I think from my perspective TB is better although its upto you to decide. You can demand for certificate of your investment to ensure your safety. IT IS SAVE and GENUINE. What I do is that, while I use Treasury bill to reinvest my N200,000 every 3mths with interest ranging from N6,500 to N7,500. I also invest the interest with MANSARD Extralife Savings Insurance. You can find MANSARD at a GTBank Branch. With Mansard you choose a period (minimum 2yrs) that you intend to save money without having access to it on till the period matures. The amount you intend to save lies within you. I am using a monthly plan of N5,000 and I placed Standing order on my normal savings account for the money (N5000) to be removed on a monthly basis for the period of 2yrs. You can still pay in extra cash into the Extralife saving if you have and then keep your deposit slip for your reference. This has interest rate that is also small but the buttom line is that the small cash you would have put into your normal savings account where you have access to withdraw with ATM is saved in bits. This I agree may be in bits but Its saver. This is what I can help with, you can call me 2348068799154 if you need more info. Atleast I think I was reasonable. Goodluck |

My PC-HP PAV DV4 (AMD DUAL CORE RAM)keeps showing me this message.pls can I get help on how to deal with these? I have a fair PC repairs knowledge, thanks. |
see there is something you need to know. All what you did, according to your post, you were doing it for him rather than yourself. Let me tell you! If you want to be good, don't do it for anybody else you will be disappointed, just do it for yourself and pray for God to give you someone that will appreciate that your effort else you will continue to be in this mess. I advise you check well, the man may not be cheating on you, all he may need is just for you to trust him. Shikina! |
tpacalipse: Lastly, I make her understand that her being a virgin does not mean a single thing to me, and she shud not be throwing it at my face frm time to time as that will never ensure my staying with her. And that my not sleeping around is never because of my love for her but that I love mysef so much that sleeping around is just not an option. I make her know that I got to the level I am today by the grace of God and also because my MOTHER is a hard working woman who made her money by hersef without contribution frm anyone. So far we have had no broblems and everyone is cool.MY dear forget it, U've got to bend. If she plays by the rule, then she has plan B. take it or leave it. |
