Add your stock fish.
After a while, add ponmo, dry fish....
Add your uyayak and other pepper soup spices, pepper before you suspend the cooking of the meat.
Prepare the yam and cut to size, wash and boil without salt (quantity for swallow and thickener).
When the yam is cooked, pound and take out the one for swallow and put in a cooler while you add the one for thickening in the meat pot to your desired level of thickness as you resume cooking the meat.
Add periwinkle, seasoning and salt to your desired taste.
Please be careful with salt. If you miss it, when you warm to eat after storage, it may turn out salty.
