Art, Graphics & VideoPhoto Retouching Is A SCAM by windowxp5(op): 12:56am On Mar 10, 2018
Photo retouching refers to the process of manipulating photographs in order to slightly change the looks of a subject. This includes basic “fixes”, like clearing pimples, making a ruddy complexion appear even. Some talented photo retouchers can also perform more complex “fixes”, such as making a subject appear slimmer mostly done using the “Liquify Tool” in Photoshop.

Hiding blemishes, like pimples and scars, is another common way to alter a photo. In some cases, a photo retoucher might also need to retouch all or most of a subject’s skin in order to give it a smoother or more youthful appearance.

No human skin could be perfect. Even with excellent makeover, a professional photographer might still see the need to retouch an image base on his or her taste level.

Major step carried out during photo retouching is airbrushing. A process of making the skin even. Another step is Dodging and burning. Chill guys, we aren’t setting the subject on fire. The Dodge and Burn tool or step helps in shaping major part of an image. Dodge and Burn can do big time transformation to the subject’s body especially the face. It boost the highlight and contour.

Color grading is another workflow of photo-retouching. Because colors speaks a lot on images, a retoucher could use this steps to define and tell a story about an image without having to write a single word.

One objective of Photo-retouching is to hid imperfections and arrive at a perfect image to the photographer/client’s taste.

If you still think Photo retouching is scam, wait until you get one. Nobody hates something good.

Ciao.

well done fellow. But this are casual shots. No breath taking anywhere. anybody can take those shots even an iphone user. what you did there was just taking pictures and not creating pictures.
MY ADVICE:
go after wedding photographers on Instagram and google as a whole, pick a mentor, follow his or her work and replicate them in your shots, you will be surprise at improvement.

If i had someone to tell me this earlier enough, i wud have gone far than where i am today.
PoliticsRe: Unilag Students Discriminated Against At Ben-Bruce's Birthday/Book Launch by windowxp5(m): 6:42pm On Feb 27, 2016
a4hafoe:
Who is Genuine in Nigeria?

Senator Ben Murray Bruce turned 60 yesterday, he took the opportunity to launch his book "The Common Sense Revolution" but it's sad to see that the event in its totality portrays the average Nigerian Politician.

Usually, I hate to attend these so called "Big" events but it was Ben Bruce, the common sense guy, I jumped at the Opportunity to go with my department, department of Mass Communication, University of Lagos as we were invited with a letter and we were feeling all important. We didn't know it was an invitation to humiliation.

At the venue, we were told to go upstairs, we didn't mind, as they said that area was reserved for students. Getting there, I realized it was a perfect view to watch the "Elites" wine and dine. Still, we didn't care. We only began to care when the ceremony kept going on and all tables kept getting additional contents and we were just there, like Observers. Don't forget that we were invited, as I said earlier.

While all of that kept happening, I still didn't care because they said every guest will get a free copy of the book. I wanted the book so, I waited on. At the end, only the guests got the Book. I had to look at our invitation to be sure we were guests. Yes, we were guests but the stiff class stratification that Senator Bruce Criticizes came to play.

It's so sad to see that the actions of the Common Sense Guy justifies the "Common Sense is not so common" statement.

Since I know it's all fake, I'd like to give a professional PR advice. It's so bad, if you invite Nigerian Students, who will, to a large extent, determine your political success, to an event only for them to watch you and your rich friends dine. Their votes aren't even enough.

Writing a book about Common Sense doesn't actually make you have Common Sense. We aren't hungry people. We are Unilag Students and we are contented with what we have, we wouldn't go to shop 10 to sweet-talk anyone about common sense, just to get rice.

Happy Birthday, Senator Ben! Thanks for the deceit, segregation and above all, thanks so much for the Palm oil made Jollof Rice with a meat-like object.

I am Abidemi Adesokan, A concerned Nigerian Student who believes there is hope for Nigeria, but Bruce isn't just that guy.
To start with Op, you aren't a concerned Nigerian student, you are a greedy and ungrateful student. Meanwhile, students will always be students no matter the age. When you graduate, some things will get clearer to you.

1. Your sitting position. I put it to you that as at the time you guys came in, the seats left at the floor weren't gonna be enough for you all, this I know becos I was there live, seated at the floor end. I saw when you guys were ushered in by the ushers.

2. Food, wine and elite. If you care to know, I drove all the way to Bariga around 1am to look for food after leaving the event. No so called elite or people on the round tables were served food, what we had was just two plates of small chop on each table and each table had not less than 6 guests. The same Teem you were served was also place in front of us with other brands like mountain dew, Mirinda and malt. For the wine, don't go there,

3. Book. Am still wondering how on earth you imagine Ben to know the books didn't go round. Think of this, on your wedding day, will you want to be concerned with who and who didn't get your wedding souvenirs?

Bottom line, let leave Ben out of this, the event was partially sabotaged. If you think you were been segregated, I can tell you were not. This happens at every event in Nigeria even among the so called elite.

PoliticsOritsejafor Prays For Buhari-punch by windowxp5(op): 10:48pm On Apr 05, 2015
Oritsejafor prays for Buhari’s administration http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/punchng/NEWS/~3/4yhjcxXhNM0

President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Ayo Oritsejafor, has called on Nigerians to embrace peace, love and forgiveness for one another.

He also prayed for peace for the incoming administration of General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) “with optimism that Nigeria will witness peace and progress under his administration.”

The CAN President said, “Dear brothers and sisters, Christ died and rose once for all and for everyone; but the power of the resurrection, this passover from slavery to evil, to the freedom of goodness, must be accomplished in every age and in our nation.

According to him, the need for peace that President Goodluck Jonathan demonstrated by conceding defeat to Buhari in the recently held presidential elections should be the point of reference for all our political leaders in the coming governorship and state assemblies elections.

Peace for Nigeria is what I bring to you in this Easter celebration; may unity and stability be restored permanently in Nigeria. I also pray for peace for the incoming administration led by retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari with optimism that Nigeria will witness peace and progress under his administration,

“May the risen Lord, the conqueror of sin and death, be a support to you all, especially to the weakest and neediest. Thank you for your support to our leaders and on behalf of my family I wish you a wonderful Easter celebrations,” Oritsejafor said.
