this is the mistake you just made again....the president can never declare a state of emergency in a state,that OBJ did it was because our democracy was young then.the president can only forward a case of state of emergency to the senate for debate,it must be debated before it is acted upon.please try and read the constitution,things don't work that way in a democratic dispensation

consult a lawyer if you have one. A sitting governor cannot be jailed but in sensitive cases such as this , he can be investigated though he won't be punished during his tenure.
