Yes include the receipt. If you have the land survey you should include as well

Thanks @mcobex
I dont have survey plan for the land but the purchase receipt alone should do and no need for other docs like deed of assignment etc

Great. Try to sort out other aspects of your application, there's more to an application than just POF.
Good luck

Yes i am working on other docs. And as for home ties is it ok if i include only my land purchase receipt?

Thanks

Good step, but hope you sponsor have more than that 20k in her account? I asked this because I want to believe the 20k is for your tuition, she needs some money for her own upkeep as well while you are in Canada

Yes she has more than the $20k cad

Generate the MBS for the both of you since she is sponsoring you but any lump sum coming into your account explain in it your SOP and also do a gift deed to explain the source

Thanks @awys

My sponsor wants to pay $10k for living expenses to my account while the $20k will be in her account so for the 12 months SOA do i provide my own MBS (12)months as as well as my sponsor? Or my sponsor only would do?

It will end with praise!

Good morning future Canadians, pls i need clarification on this!

Hello @Winner0718,

I believe @Frankrobbn1 provided a response to this earlier. However, what I understand based on the NSE request letter that I received is that IRCC wants the account balance as at the time of generating MBS to show POF that'll be enough for at least your 6months stay in Canada (meaning you can have more) and you'll provide a 12months statement of account using MBS.

30k CAD was advertised online when IRCC first announced the NSE pilot program and the required documents were listed in that communication, you can google this. This is the reason everyone has been ensuring to have at least 30k CAD as account balance in one or multiple accounts owned by the applicant, sponsor or both as at the time of generating MBS. Hope this helps? All the best.

It will end in praise for us all...

Well understood now thanks.

It actually depends on how busy they are. Lagos centre has more work load/applications compared to Abuja.
It usually takes between 3 to 5 working days to get your passport stamped, but it might take longer based on the number of applications being processed at the time.

Thanks for the warm welcome wishes. The requirement for the NSE program is a minimum of six (6) months Mybank Statement Certificate and one year regular banking history.

I hope his clarifies your concerns.

Its highly advisable that you should provide a written explanation and verifiable proof as to any large deposit that came into your towards the submission of your application. My professional advice for you is to clearly state in your LOE that your sponsor have transfered/deposited the sum of 4M into your account for your living expenses and to show his readiness to sponsor your education in Canada.

Thanks @frankrobbn1 a big relief after seeing this

I don't know, that's why I am asking. I know someone that travelled to UK with 700k they worked and planned everything out for d guy and he moved. spent about 280k for flight. So I think a way to relocate to Canada is possible but I don't know how. I want to move asap

You can try Uk also or USA check with the next forum

Lodgement of funds, it will be flagged by VO. This is a big case for denial, please give more time after the transaction before you apply, like say 4 months. I don't know if providing evidence of source of such funds will help your case, for instance, sales receipt of land and agreement, etc.

Thanks for your response

Its my sponsor who is sending the money to my account, and in my LOE i will state that, also my sponsor SOA will be attached with my application.

Goodluck!

Hello Winner0718,

In this case, you are all cleared. Ensure you provide evidence of maybe the transactional page & cover page and/or telex/receipt of the transfer from your sponsor to you. Clearly highlight the section applicable to you.

Thereafter, use the LOE to do the finishing providing relevant details of the transfer and its purpose. Same applies to your sponsor's letter.

Outside this, ensure other aspects of your application is well organized to meet the required eligibility. Funds alone doesn't cut it in this visa waka.

Best of Luck

Thanks @justmellow you just gave me a green light i will keep you posted

Hello Winner0718,

The requirement clearly states that the funds must be in the account for a duration of 6 months with a transactional history of 1yr.

Best of Luck

Thank you for your response, i guess you re talking about the NSE requirements already and my account trasaction history looks good in addition i have a sponsorer whose SOA looks good too am just thinking of putting 10M in my account that my sponsorer had provided me the money to settle in wen i arrive in CA. Pls dont hesitate to advice me as we all keep learning thanks in advance

You may not get a well suited answer here. You will also have to do your homework on Google. Write down schools you are interested in and check out each school's requirements. I know it's not easy but it will pay off in the long run. Just dedicate like a day for this. It will surely end in praise

I have LOA already my question is based on Study permit application. Can i receive the $30k cad in my acct today and still submit my SP Aplication? Is it ideal OR VO might see a red flag?
