From the little experience I've had, there is a small window where they do webinars and announce the coupon code for the application waiver.
I believe many of them have done the webinars and dished out the coupon code for those who attended. Not really sure for all schools

I dont think you can schedule appointments without Ds-160 but you can make changes in your Ds-160 after booking your appointments or going for your interview.
That's you can fill a new Ds-160.

I have done all necessary exams and internship etc. I have called UK care homes , I know there would be another way since COS is always flying around here. For those that have move to the UK Should kindly recommend care homes that are actually giving COS.
