Your argument is hinged on a lot of "ifs". Be present bro. Good a thing the constitution of Nigeria disagrees with you as it provides that every Nigerian has the right to own moveable and immovable property anywhere in the Federation. In another provision of same constitution, it protects Nigerians from discrimination owing to origin, sex, birth circumstances etc.

Oh, and so you know, all lands in the FCT is vested on the FG by virtue of the Land Use Act, whilst lands in the Federation states are vested on the governors of the states. So, the land that belongs to whatever ethic nationality is actually in the hands of the government, to administer as they wish and that's why you get your CofO, RofO and other land documents from the government authority, not from some local chief or village deity.
