What did I do to escape poverty?

1- I took my studies, job & career seriously. I had a 10 year projection of where I would be and I surpassed it in 5. Till date, everyone at work knows that I don't mess around when it involves work (especially if money is involved).

2- I made it my life's mission to never marry a lazy, idle or entitled woman. Back then, if a woman strikes me as the over-dependent type, I run away.
