It's practically impossible for somebody to offer unlimited 50% discount to anybody who is willing to write the exam without question being asked who is paying the other 50% and how.
Some Nigerians are heartless. Thank God. |

Chidinho10: GMAT is the most preferred test for MBA (forget the story those schools tell you that they have no preference). GMAT has always been the gold standard for MBA employers and MBA schools. I don't know if the trend will change but na so e be now.
The problem with GMAT is that it is more difficult (especially in Quant) and can only be used for business schools. So people with lesser Quant ability and those still eyeing graduate schools find GRE to be safer. However, a lot of elite MBA employers prefer GMAT scores for their MBA hires.
My own point is, it is unwise to buy the 2019 OG when you can get the 2018, 2017 and 2016 OGs for free from people who have previously bought them. The difference between OG 2019 and OG 2018 may be just a few new questions since almost all questions are repeated. When I used OG 2017, I found out that almost all questions on OG 2016 are repeated.
So instead of someone paying for this offer one can just get any of the older OGs for free from past users and then invest that money for official tests and GMATclub subscription. I know the above, I have first hand experience. I'm not against GMAT for MBA at all, no, I'm simply against this new guy that is trying to market it on here. |

Dear House and Newbies, In reference to the recent case of Mr William Lincoff and Brightdocare on this page, I advise that we all stay away from this guy!! There's also the fact that before now, his posts are wherever there's some form of wealth maximization, discussions and recreation...... Now, we already have some old guys in the house with Goodwill and prestige on these tests so why would anyone try something new at this critical time when there is limited fund to go round. By the way, whatever happened to our GRE for MBA!! If you like change ya name... It's not gonna work! |

Yes you do..... Look , I understand that you may not have known about this place so I won't ask you the first question on my mind. Let's proceed to the next and more that scares me.. How much have you given to him so far and what is the total balance? Did he tell you about the $200 sevis fee? What schools did he apply to on your behalf? What program... Hope you are following through cause you need to defend your visa application through and through. Bro if all you have paid and processed is to get the admission from the school, see if you can take it from there. Apply for your visa yourself, its absolutely easy. Adebuble: I think that is a better approach..but it will be stated in his data at the Embassy of the 'kid' in the US.
Can you and your kids go for interview separate from him?... What if they apply after 6 months as a family. If the issue with the kid comes up again they can try to explain the issue about the agent. They may try to build their travel history before then. Even if you don't get the visa then, you should clear up that issue. |

Its not going to be easy like that though..... Please don't ever give anyone any money to do anything for any reason related to travel for you. There is no such thing as visa agents, what you have are wolves that can book visa appointments and flight tickets, with first hand information (from Nairaland). I think Canada and Australia should be your direction but it's not going to be so easy.....there are also other countries like Singapore France and Russia ( don't know how to get there or what they actually go there to do). |

VO. Do you have a letter for your assistantship offer? ME. Yes sir,
VO. Let me take a look ME. I passed it,
VO. What does your assistantship entails? ME. I will be teaching 8hrs every week on the laboratory sir.
VO. Ok! I can also see that your family is your sponsor, which of your family member? ME. Yes sir, my grandfather sir, though he's late but I have a sponsorship from him company. My uncle is currently managing the company sir.
VO. Do you have a bank statement from your grandfather? ME. Yes sir, from the company, my grandfather is làte sir.
VO. I can't approved your Visa now, I have to check if your statement is genuine. Do you know if you bring a fake statement you will be banned from entering the US for forever. ME. Yes sir
VO. OK we will get back to you, I will keep your passport, your I20 and your statement. ME. OK sir.
My interview was on 12th of June at Abuja. This evening I got a text that my passport is ready for collection and my status has been changed from AP to Issued.
The account I used wasa company account. The statement balance I submitted was 8M but it was withdrawn within 12days to 99k (so basically they are not after your balance just the authenticity of the account)
PS. I wrote GRE twice and I scored 280 and 286 respectively. V140 Q146 AWA 3.0 God showed up for me when I made my application. I got admitted into MTSU with full funding and a comfortable monthly stipends.
My advice is that you should make that application and let God do the rest. Thank you fellow NairaLanders. I suggest you keep calm . I'm very very sure you can still be tracked and visa can still be cancelled. |

nosagiez: Thank you very much. My question was actually base on how long my AP will take and not on the balance on my account, because I know they don't check for balance. They only check for authenticity of the statement provided. Maybe Australia and Canada check for balance, but US doesn't. Thanks once again. You never cross the bridge, you don dey break am. |

They have disabled credit card payment for people from Nigeria, I can't also pay through PayPal. I asked about Wire transfer from GTB here in Nigeria, and I was told that the charges will be up to #15,000 for a payment of about #32,000. Making it almost #47,000 in total. Also I have friends in New York, but they said the distance of the Bank of America fron where they stay is about 4hours. I want to ask those that have used eshipglobal to receive their I-20 how they went about it. I would appreciate your help. I have been on this matter since last week. Thanks Try PayPal through a computer system....were you using your phone? |
