Such position were given to noble men who lived and respected the laws of the land but in this case, a former gang leader who've killed innocent people for reasons best known to him, made a king. B-I-A-F-R-A:➡️ PROSCRIPTION OF IPOB NOT ENOUGH ~~Arewa Youths Leader, Yerima Blasts Kanu

The controversial leader of the coalition of Arewa Youths Forum, Alhaji Yerima Shettima has called for more stringent measures against the leader and members of the proscribed separatist group, the Indigenous People of Biafra ( IPOB ).

Yerima who blamed the notoriety of IPOB for the quit notice earlier served the Igbo residing in the North, insisted that the prescription of IPOB by the Federal Government was not enough to serve as a deterrent to other groups threatening the peace and unity of the country.
“The Government should take more decisive action against Kanu and his dissident group to discourage any group from taking laws into their hands”.

He explained that the action of the Arewa Forum was largely misunderstood by majority of Nigerians who thought it was a plot to unleash mayhem on the Igbo in the North, adding that it was a retaliation to the continued insult and denigration of the North and other parts of Nigeria by the IPOB leader.

According to Yerima who was in Owerri for the 6th Memorial of Odimegwu Ojukwu’s death, “we are not against any group agitating for self determination but it should be in line with the provisions of the constitution of the country. You cannot run a parallel country within a country.”

” We have been working with the leader of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Chief Ralph Uwazuruike and we have been going on well without friction until two years ago when Kanu came out with IPOB and started insulting everybody and referring to the Northerners as animals, that was why we decided to make it easier for him to go because we were thinking that he was speaking on behalf of the Igbo”.
He however said that the Arewa group rescinded the quit notice after the intervention of prominent Northern and Igbo leaders, including former and serving governors.

“We withdrew the quit notice and toured the 19 Northern States calming frayed nerves and no one soul was hurt, despite the fact that IPOB killed some Northerners.
“We are also engaging other groups on how best to come together and build our nation. The issue of marginalization which the separatist groups have hinged there agitations is not restricted to any zone, we in the North are even more marginalized. Go to the remote parts of the North and see poverty but we have continued to believe and work for a one and indivisible Nigeria”.

Nigerian Dictator Buhari’s U.N. Hypocrisies
09/21/2017 08:50 am ET

Nigeria’s dictator Muhammadu Buhari expounded on the fatuous and doltishness punctuated with hypocrisy before the United States General Assembly on September 19, 2017.

It is a safe bet that none ever wished it were longer.

From beginning to end, Buhari’s words careened between banality, imbecility, hypocrisy, and deceit. Only the major flaws in his thinking will be exposed as a concession to the shortness of life.

Buhari cynically insisted that he spoke on behalf of the “people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.” He was elected pursuant to an illegitimate constitution decreed by a military dictatorship in 1999. The “people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria” have never approved it. Moreover, as Buhari was speaking, he was simultaneously dispatching Nigeria’s armed forces and police to the South East to terrorize and plunder millions of Biafran Christians; and, endorsing a northern Nigerian Hausa-Fulani ultimatum to 11 million Biafrans working and living there to abandon their homes and businesses by October 1, 2017 or risk death or torture. Buhari no more represents Biafrans than a slave owner represents his slaves.

Buhari’s desultory remarks were intended to conceal Nigeria’s tireless persecution of Biafrans since its birth from British colonialism in 1960. He absurdly maintained: “[W]e often forget that what we have accomplished in the last 72 years is unprecedented in the annals of human history.” Was it an “accomplishment” to deny Biafran self-determination in violation of United Nations decolonization resolutions? Was it an “accomplishment” for Nigeria to renege on its 1966 promise of Biafran autonomy? Was it an “accomplishment” for Nigeria to provoke the 1967-1970 horrifying Biafran War by systematic persecution of Igbos?

While Buhari is slaughtering and immiserating Nigeria’s own Biafrans because of their Christianity and ethnicity, he made time to deplore Myanmar on its maltreatment of Rohingya Muslims as an anti-Muslim atrocity: “[T]he Myanmar crisis is very reminiscent of what happened in Bosnia in 1995 and in Rwanda in 1994.” In sum, Buhari cares more about non-Nigerian Muslims than he does about Nigerian Christians—which is treasonous to approximately half of Nigeria’s population.

Buhari opined: “The world may be badly governed, but the fact that there is a form of governance agreed upon by all is an accomplishment in and of itself.” According to Buhari, bad governance—even genocidal governance—is always superior to the alternative. That nonsense on stilts would have shipwrecked the American Revolution. It is indistinguishable from the barbaric policy of “might makes right,” i.e., the strong do what they can and the weak suffer what they must.

Dictator Buhari fails to understand that justice is the end of government. It is the end of civil society. It is constantly thundering like a hammer on an anvil to shake the foundations of every tyranny. A society under the forms of which the stronger faction can readily unite and oppress the weaker is the very definition of lawlessness.

Buhari took hypocrisy to a new level in summoning the United Nations to “restructure” to remain “relevant” while fiercely crushing advocates for restructuring Nigeria around the unalienable right of all peoples to self-determination—including Biafrans held in bondage to Hausa-Fulani terrorists.

Buhari also hypocritically sermonized, “As we have learned in Nigeria, sometimes you need to change in order to remain the same.” Every Biafran except the quisling Governors sitting in the South East must have laughed into tears at that monumental lie. Like the French Bourbon rulers on the eve of their destruction, Buhari forgets nothing and learns nothing. He aims to fossilize Nigeria’s politics.

Buhari would profit by learning something more powerful than a gun. The clarion call of Amos 5: 24: “But let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.”

Breaking! Breaking!! Breaking!!!

The ECOWAS Court of Justice has fined Federal Government of Nigeria 10 million naira for coming up with another fraudulent application challenging the jurisdiction of the court. In an oral application by Bar. Ifeanyi Ejiofor the Biafra lawyer, he said that federal government in their evil intention doesn't want the case to go on.
It is laughable that the federal government tactically came up with such application and only served Ifeanyi Ejiofor this morning knowing fully well that the substantive suit was supposed to be heard today.
The court has adjourned till 7th February 2018. Federal government was reminded to bring the money to court. They think we're joking.

IPOB: 'filing fresh documents every time not allowed,'-ECOWAS court fumes

The ECOWAS court today said filing fresh documents every time by parties in a suit of enforcement of rights filed by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu against the Federal government is an attitude not acceptable to the court.

At the resumed hearing today, one of the judges on the three-man panel, Justice Alioune Sall told counsels that they were not in a Nigerian court but an international court which has a different way and "the process of bringing new documents every day is not allowed here."

Counsel to Kanu, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor had told the court that the court had at the last sitting adjourned the case to today for definite hearing.

He said, however, "two days ago, my attention was drawn to a new process filed by the Federal Government challenging the authority of the court to hear the case."

He said the essence of the process filed by the FG was to truncate today's hearing, adding that the application is baseless on the face of it.

"We want the matter to be heard speedily as the court had earlier ordered. But we are sure they (FG) do not have any defence for the substantial suit hence the reason they filed this new process to truncate the day's hearing," he said.

He pleaded with the court to give them a short date to respond to the application. He also asked the court to award a punitive cost of N10 million against the FG.

Responding to Ejiofor's submissions, counsel for the FG, Barrister Maimuna Lami Shiru, an Assistant Director in the Federal Ministry of Justice, said whether the application was baseless or not is left for the court to decide.

She said they filed the application because the court had earlier asked for the issue to be addressed when new facts arise.

She said the application filed on November 14 was to bring to the attention of the court that the group (IPOB) Kanu is leading had been proscribed by the government.

She added that the entire case at the ECOWAS court had been overtaken by events since Kanu had already been granted bail and released from custody, and had subsequently jumped his bail.

Shiru said the court should discountenance the plea of N10million cost against the government since the failure to serve the application on the plaintiff earlier and the inability of the court to conclude the translation of the motion cannot be served on the government.

The three-man panel led by Justice Hameye Foune Mahalmadane who earlier noted that they were yet to receive the translated version of the application, thereafter adjourned the matter to February 7, 2018.
