Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) is the body that regulates the activities of telecommunication and network providers in Nigeria In August 7, 2015 NCC gave all GSM operators in Nigeria a seven day ultimatum to deactivate all pre-registered SIM Cards and those that weren't registered completely. This instruction was given just after a day that Nigeria recorded the highest number of internet users in the country which is about 88 million users. The new Chief Executive of the Nigerian Communication Commission Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta is not smiling at all and he has sworn to bring transparency dignity in the Nigerian telecom industry. Etisalat and Glo, having failed to deactivate unregistered SIM Cards (Subscribers Identity Module), or sort out unverified biometrics, has been fined N14.4 million and they were given timeframe for the payment which is September 7. This N14.4 million is going to be paid between the two telecom operators. Etisalat will pay N7 million while Glo will pay N7.4 million and failure to pay this fine before the stipulated deadline day which is September 7th will attract a daily fine of N100,000. Messi doesn't deserve the Golden ball award. He was average in the competition and only scored against weaker teams in the group stage and went missing throughout the knockout stages. FIFA and Sep blata in particular are biased in their rating of a player. they always favor or compensate Messi in Any tournament he is involved whether he played well or average. Sep Blata you fall my hand o. Dia is God ooooooooo.....

Why can't we shout UP NEPA when we barely see Electricity from PHCN once in a week. Pls don't blame Nigerians shouting that. Blame our Government for not giving us uninterrupted power supply. do u expect somebody in USA or even Ghana to raise his or her voice and shout when they hardly experience power outage. A statement on www.chelseafc.com read: Chelsea Football Club can confirm an agreement has been reached with Atletico Madrid for the transfer of Diego Costa, with Chelsea meeting the buy-out clause for the Spanish international. Costa becomes the clubs second major signing after midfielder Cesc Fabragas’ arrival from Barcelona and he’ll bring with him a major goal threat, with the striker scoring a sensational 36 goals last season to help Atletico win the La Liga title and reach the final of the Champions League. Although Jose Mourinho is expected to sign a few more players this summer, he’s already built a fearsome looking squad and I’m going to have a look at how they might line-up next season with their two new big-money additions. Obviously Costa is expected to be Chelsea’s first choice striker next season with Mourinho previously showing no real faith in his current crop, so I expect the Brazilian-born hitman will lead the line. Fabregas on the other hand could be deployed in a deep-lying playmaker role alongside Nemanja Matic, and this would allow Oscar to retain his place in the team. However, Mourinho prefers to have two powerful, ‘warriors’ in front of his defence so unless he’s planning on changing tact to a more attack-minded set-up next season, I’d expect Ramires or a new signing to play with Matic and Fabregas to play in the ‘hole’ behind Costa. I’ve also gone with youngster Thibaut Courtois in goal but it could just as easily be Petr Cech – we’ll have to see what Mourinho’s plans are for the Belgian international. Here’s how Chelsea could look with Fabregas and Costa in the team: https://mobile.twitter.com/chelseafc?p=s www.chelseafc.com
