EFCC is ineffective today (without a Ribadu or Magu type), it takes bribes so most will get away with crimes, even when arrested you can go home if you refund some cash. Buhari's corruption strategy is not punishment and jail (even for his enemies), it is refund some and go home.

Better still Mamman Daura and Abba Kyari are using the EFCC (with Buhari's acknowledgement) to release corrupt politicans who have settled at the presidency (which Ibori can do) - You should go and find out why Magu is not confirmed by the NASS, it is because he is resisiting Buhari's settle and go policy driven by Abba Kyari and Mamman Daura!
