Old and Young clamouring for "change" out of frustration, very impatient even desiring to run back to satan for a change!. I am not begging anybody to vote GEJ. Just do what your heart desires but God has already done the needful and so many will be disappointed that God is not throw away the bath water with the baby. As long as a few have prayed to God and that few have trusted God, God has given that same few His word and they know His mind and are aware that God does not work with our feelings, impatience, etc but the great faith of the very few plus His divine plan for Nigeria. NOW is the time.

Every mouth that once criticized and condemned GEJ will yet applaud him to the glory of God. I once criticised and condemned but God opened my spiritual eyes to see and know better. Vote your choice but be ready to helplessly watch God install HIS CHOICE. Nigeria is God's, it is HIS plan and we are HIS creation and He promotes whoever HE chooses (You and I know this); He does not need our permission or approval and He will use that "rubbish" to bless this nation. ONLY GOD can tell the heart of GEJ and GMB. We only see what God lets us see! Stand still and watch GOD show His power and He will not let anyone share His glory. Bless you
thank you bro.
well said, & God bless you too.
but let's be clear here, GEJ is not better off GMB & GMB is not better off GEJ

Yes he is, by a wide margin.

He revived the railways.
He renovated the airports.
Foreign investors are trooping in and setting up manufacturing plants everyday.
Agricultural reforms are clear for everyone to see.
He frustrated the thieves out of PDP to APC.!!
He destroyed Godfatherism, Go and ask obasanjo cheesy.
Political assassination in Nigeria is extinct unlike obasanjo's era.
He is democratic, very democratic that his erstwhile ministers all lost their primaries except one!
Elections are free and fair or at least a semblance, unlike the past.

And all these and more he achieved when the North are hell bent on making his tenure ungovernable. Imagine what he would have done if the atmosphere was peaceful like obasanjo's time.

Please remind me again what obasanjo did in 8 peaceful years.. And what buhari achieved with his military might as head of state (not PTF)? Let's juxtapose them.

And lest I forget, Nigeria had always ranked 1st or 2nd most corrupt country worldwide, we are now 33rd!! Just saying.... before you shout corruption that u can't prove.

Politics › Chibok Schoolgirls Blasts Jonathan. by WIZGUY69(op): 5:58am On Jan 02, 2015
Two-hundred and sixty-two days after their
daughters were kidnapped from school, some of
the distraught parents of the students of
Government Secondary School, Chibok, Borno
State, on Thursday criticised President Goodluck
Jonathan for not fulfilling his promise to rescue
the girls from the custody of Boko Haram.
The abduction of the 219 girls from their hostel
at night on April 14, 2014 has attracted global
outrage and the President had promised several
times that the girls would be rescued alive.
Nine of the abducted girls’ parents, during their
meeting with the BringBackOurGirls group on
Thursday in Abuja, carpeted the President for
failing to bring back the schoolgirls.
The leader of the parents, Rev. Mark Enoch,
accused the government of having a hand in the
abduction of the girls, noting that the principal of
the school in Chibok had, few hours before the
abduction, locked the girls in their hostel and
warned them not to leave.
Enoch explained that the relatives of the principal
and the school matron were able to rescue their
daughters from the sect, leaving other girls in
captivity.
“This is intentional, the hand of government is in
the kidnapping; we want the government to bring
back our girls. If they cannot do it alone, they
should seek the assistance of the United Nations
and some advanced countries, the distressed
father said.
The cleric, who appreciated the BBOG for not
giving up on the girls, noted that but for the
activities of the coalition, the issue of the girls
would have been forgotten given the remote
location of the Chibok community.
Another parent, Mrs. Samuel Abana, asked the
President to fulfil the promise he made in July,
2014, when he met with the parents at the
Presidential Villa, Abuja. The President had told
the parents that the government would secure
the release of the girls.
Abana, who broke down in tears while speaking,
recalled that the Federal Government had initially
denied the abduction before Jonathan met with
the parents and pledged to rescue their
daughters.
“I want to remind the President of his promise
when he met with us; he promised to rescue our
daughters, he said he would bring the girls back,
but six months later, there is no result. Mr.
President, will you fail to rescue them, if your
daughter is abducted? If you can’t do it alone,
invite the United Nations to come and rescue our
daughters,” she said.
Another parent, Bulama Jonah, recalled how the
school principal sent his daughter home because
she had not paid N300 for testimonial certificate,
adding that the girls had just two subjects to do
in their examinations before they were taken
away by their abductors.
“The saddest thing was that my daughter was
sent home because of N300 just a day before
she was kidnapped; I gave her the money for her
testimonial and she went back to school only for
her to be abducted,” he said.
Mrs. Martha Enoch said she was tired of
government’s failed promises, and urged it to
take whatever action was necessary to rescue
the seized girls.
“Government kept saying they would bring back
the girls, but if they can’t bring them alive, they
should bring their dead bodies,” she stated.
The BBOG lamented the failure of the President
to mention the issue of the Chibok girls in his
New Year broadcast, stressing that it showed
that the government did not care about them.
Few days after the girls were abducted, Boko
Haram claimed responsibility for the kidnapping.
It released a video of the girls while the sect’s
leader, Abubakar Shekau, boasted that the young
girls, most of who were said to be Christians,
had been converted to Islamic religion and that
they would be given out in marriages at a token.
While unconfirmed reports said that some of the
girls had died of snake bite in the forest where
they were kept, a handful had escaped from the
insurgents’ captivity.
The United Nations in August had announced
rehabilitation facilities for the escaped Chibok
girls.
In a statement on the UN website, the United
Nations Population Fund had said that it was
working in collaboration with the World Health
Organisation and the United Nations Children’s
Fund to set up clinics to provide health screening
for any of the girls coming back, as well as
educating those who had escaped.
The representative of the UNFPA in Nigeria, Ms.
Rati Ndhlovu, had also been quoted as saying,
“The girls are running from home and they have
no menstruation pads and have nothing to use.
They need water. They need the basic things
that keep a woman dignified.”

Politics › Jonathan Has Run Out Of Ideas - Buhari. by WIZGUY69(op): 12:12pm On Jan 01, 2015
The candidate of the All Progressives Congress in
the 2015 presidential election, Maj.Gen.
Muhammadu Buhari, has said President
Goodluck Jonathan and the Peoples Democratic
Party have run out of ideas.
He also noted that the administration had
equally run out of excuses for its inability to
provide quality leadership for Nigerians.
Buhari said this in a New Year message to
Nigerians on Wednesday.
He noted that announcements made by the
Presidency and its agencies over the last one
month, had dampened the morale of many
Nigerians.
According to him, President Jonathan and the
ruling party have devalued the Naira which
means that the price of goods and services will
rise thus increasing the burden of ordinary
Nigerians.
In the statement signed on his behalf by the
Director, Communications of the Buhari
Campaign Organisation, Mr. Dele Alake, Buhari
said by Presidency’s own admission, he was
promising Nigerians a tougher 2015.
Buhari was quoted as saying, “Our opponents
have not only run out of ideas, they have run
out of excuses for failure.
He said, “Indeed, the Presidency has declared a
regime of austerity that will be executed in 2015.
To quote the press reports, the President himself
has declared that year 2015 shall be “tough” on
our people.
“Against this season of despair foisted on our
people, I bring to you, a New Year Message of
hope and optimism. I share the anxiety of the
middle class and the poor who have borne the
brunt of the policies of this government for so
long with increasing burden.
“I share the fear of the unemployed whose hopes
for new jobs in the New Year is being dashed
because companies will cut jobs to escape spiral
inflation. I share the concerns of the
manufacturers whose import-dominated
production will be challenged by the austerity
measures.”
Buhari urged leaders to eschew the cynical habit
of wishing Nigerians a happy New Year when
their actions were calculated to undermine their
happiness.
He pointed out that it was impossible for the
vast majority of Nigerians to enjoy happiness
given the scale of corruption, impunity and
indiscipline that currently incapacitated the
Nigerian state from fulfilling its obligations to the
Nigerian people.
He said the country desperately needed a
disciplined and visionary leadership that had the
capacity to fight corruption.
“It is only some Nigerians who have access to
the corridors of power and benefit from the
monumental graft that characterises governance
in the country today that can enjoy their perverse
and ultimately futile form of happiness,” Buhari
said.
Buhari called on Nigerians to vote out the
Peoples Democratic Party, promising that his
administration would ensure “cheaper electricity,
food security, accelerated power supply,
integrated transport network, free education,
affordable health care service and effective
security of life and property.”
According to him, Nigerians cannot enjoy the
dividends of democracy owing to corruption,
impunity and indiscipline that currently
incapacitate the country.
He added, “Nigerians must be the sole object
and focus of government. Man must be the pivot
around which governance revolves. The more the
potential of citizens are maximised within any
nation, the higher will be the prospects of that
nation for attaining greatness. The first great
task facing Nigeria today, therefore, is to put in
place a government that can guarantee the
safety and security of Nigerians throughout the
length and breadth of our country. This is
because Nigerians must first of all be alive, safe
and free from fear before they can exercise and
utilise their talents for the benefit of their nation.
“I declare, that, collectively, we can bring an end
to this season of despair; we can bring an end to
this avoidable fear; we can bring an end to this
needless anxiety. On February 14, 2014, the
Almighty offers us a historic opportunity to chart
a new course out of the tragedy that we have
found ourselves; History offers us a chance to
correct the errors of the past. Great Nigerian
people! This is our chance!
“…My message to you is to use your voter card
on February 14, 2015 to liberate our country by
voting for a real happy new year for yourselves.
“This is the type of leadership I offer and for
which I humbly seek the mandate of Nigerians at
the polls this New Year. I am confident that
great days are ahead of Nigerians. I therefore
enjoin us all to keep hope alive. The glory and
pride of Nigeria will be restored both internally
and externally this New Year. Renew your faith
that, for Nigeria, the best is on the way and by
the grace of the Almighty, I shall meet you there.
Happy New Year!”
