How much is the bank paying you? if less resign and how much is federal offering you? if higher then resign Have you secured the federal job already? if yes then resign Federal jobs might give you time to explore other businesses. There's Pension too Banks might retrench one day. Unless you are in the IT dept you might just be sacked and replaced one early morning |
