Why has Emeiele not been released?

His non interference in the judiciary especially Election Tribunals and pre-election cases.

Please do feel free to show any evidence that Soludo has finally completed a project. As things stand, all projects he awarded are being abandoned.

Umahi sacked the consultant from the project which he absolutely has the right to do whether MTN choose to continue to retain his services that is up to them, but he cannot openly work on this project

Fashola performed ok , he met hundreds of abandoned projects and he was a lawyer and not an Engineer, may be a lawyer was needed to navigate the legal minefield of getting contractors of abandoned projects to return to site.
However I think it was too much for him in the first 4 years having the power ministry as well.

He has successfully completed some mega projects.

Emefiele tenure ends 2024, president does not have power to suspend with without concrete evidence and court order of very serious wrong doing probably bordering on endangerment of national security.

Any Nigerian content with the mistreatment of Godwin Emefiele is part of the problem in Nigeria.

Tinubu, Release Godwin Emefiele, nobody is buying your trumped up allegations against him.

If Emefiele is not released alive tomorrow, then Nigeria is being run by criminals.

Tinubu is looking to get foreign investment (or so he says) but forgets that the world is seeing his illegal and criminal treatment of a sitting constitutional Central Bank governor of our country.

The hardworking CBN governor does not deserve to be imprisoned let alone to lose his life.

Let us pray that Tinubu has at least spared Emefiele's life.
Let us pray that he would be released alive and healthy in a day or two.

When Emefiele was initially arrested his brothers did say they feared he would be assassinated.

Emefiele brothers' case for his release on human rights was thrown out by a court on the same day the media was telling us Emefiele ailed to show or his court hearing because he entered a plea bargaining.

It is now weeks later and no news about the said plea bargain or the release of the CBN governor only that he resigned last month without anybody being informed at the time of the alleged resignation.

If Emefiele has died in DSS custody , it is better for Tinubu to let Nigerians know, than to claim he resigned last month.

The original reason for his suspension was not charged to him in court so he should have resumed his job as CBN governor.

President had no power to even suspend Emefiele, given that they have been unable to charge him to court for any serious wrong-doing.

They told us Emefiele entered a plea bargain to explain his unexpected absence from his latest court hearing.

Then days later informs us Emefiele resigned willingly the previous month.

How can a man pleading his innocence resign his job whilst in custody voluntarily?

Doesn't ring true.

Tinubu should tell us why Emefiele is no longer appearing in court.

What of alleged Emefiele plea bargain?
Tinubu should own up id he killed Emefiele

No planned court hearings for Emefiele's release?

Emefiele just retired willingly ?

Where is emefiele ?

With this Tinubu administration, if it is not one bad news it is another bad news.

Everybody knows the root of the problem is Tinubu

So what is the solution to the problem ?
