What we are concern about is the purpose it is meant for. Has the Nigeria security agency come up with an holistic plan about how they want to go about solving the security challenges being posed by the next election month?

If it is easy for the FG to announce the amount being given to the Nigeria Police, then I also think it should be easier for them to educate us on how that money will bring about a better police for the next election.

You don't need to be angry. It is part of the whole process of developing oneself into a full fledge software developer.

Nobody is complaining about the amount. You probably won't be going to the polls given your comment. We are very serious about the security of lives during the next election because we will be casting our votes. ! Are  you aware of the bombings and killings going on? If you do, you won't undermine security for the next polls.

We need to know what the government is deploying in terms of security.

Great software company, it really beats my fancy that your firm couldn't even summon some courage to develop a custom built website for itself,

It is truly unbelievable offer because putting out an interface that looks like a spaceship or craft doesn't really makes much professional sense to a client.

You will need to spend some time on your firm and develop its website. I guess you are probably reselling software developed by other companies.

The issue is not the amount but the reasons. You don't just give people money because you want to organize a ceremony. You must lay out plans and strategies and that is what we want announced not the money going out.

Great 6 letter domain name. The whole concept is nice and forward looking but the technology or scripting is not smart enough to take the industry by storm.

The whole website needs an overhaul sincerely. The site elements like links, graphics and presentation is nothing close to web2.0. It is more like a miniature twitter not a social network.

I would propose a better concept like giving the user a better experience and value for their time spent on the network. The sad truth is, the internet has become very competitive and there is no way you can break through with new technologies if you don't do things differently and with acceptable standards.

Is there a concrete plan on how this money will give better security during the polls. In Nigeria we believe just budgeting money will solve our problems.

We need to budget and spend money base on factual plans.

I don't sell SMS, I am a programmer. I actually built the scripts for an sms company. The rates you can get sms from the company that fuels the bulk sms on the script is about N2 - N3 per sms. If you are buying very large quantity of sms units for your sms gateway portal, you can get below N2 per sms.

I think you have not explain very well what you want these functions to process. A single function can provide the two values you want. Do give a more explicit detail and I will try to help with the code.
