inasmuch as i dont want him to live without water, i will not want to be homeless too. .What i handed to him was a new building with bran new borehole. That the borehole failed is unfortunate. I thank you all for contributing .I think i ve options. one to ask him to fix the borehole and also pay me my rent. However i will issue him a receipt for the repair with an agreement to deducting it from when next he is gonna pay me. Another option is for him to live without water after all were i am now i do buy fetch water from next nebor. If disagrees with all this, then he wants me to be homeless. I will quit him and find a place to stay with a friend pending when he lives my house. Finally , when a new person comes in and pay fresh payment , I CAN then rent a place and also fix the borehole. Mind you 3bedroom in that area goes for 500-600k now. with agreement etc I will be getting 800k. Remove 230k from it , the balance will be more than enough for my accommodation.

An area where people pay 500 - 600k for 3 bed, is no place for a married man carrying bucket all ova the street/close looking for water..

If the landlord shows concern to his tenant plight, then he can negotiate something that will favour him else, giving the man quit notice will get to next year June..

So he should collect the lil change left after d drilling and sleep outside or send the tenant packing OFC there r alot of families without borehole and have being surviving..Just to get a tank and fill it with water tanker from time to time or if he has xtra he can fix d borehole and still pay d landlord a negotiable amount

Tough decisio... but b4 december u can negotiate with him, to leave the borehole drilling for now and use other means he has been using,Then collect ur full rent to rent ur own place. You can plan earlier after that either to tell him to vacate very early b4 near time or by then u r ok on your own to live out and still be getting ur rent.

If this is divided into two d senator collects N18,000,000 and d remaining N18,000,000 can be used to employ 200 Nigerians that will earn N90,000 per month, 200 pple multiply by 109 senators = 21800 employees, meaning 200 Nigerians can leave comfortably on half of monthly income of just one senator. A member of federal house of rep.earns N25,000,000 per month. If dis is divided into two a honourable earns N12.5million per month. The remaining N12.5million can be used to employ 135 Nigerians who will earn N92,500 per month. 135 Nigerians multiply by 360 honourables in the Federal house of reps. =48600 employees, meaning 135 Nigerians can live comfortably on half of a monthly income of just a honourable memner of NASS. Federal government, Senators, and Honourables in Nigeria. This means that this administration can actually employ 70,400 Nigerians that will earn N90,000 nd N92,500 respectively from the reduction of monthly income of senators and honourables in Nigeria. As for me if 25% of their income become their take home now to safe cost Nigeria can employ 140,800 Nigeria which I believe we Nigerian should demand this reduction in pay instead of Sale of hard earn FG assets. This should go down to Governors, ministers, President and Vice-President.
