A very Honest Submission.

In My Opinion,

1- Lagos
2/3- Ogun
2/3- F.C.T
4 - Oyo
5 - Rivers
6 - Anambra
7 - Osun
8 - Delta
9 - Akwa Ibom
10 - Kaduna

In general SE states tend to be denser settled that Western states, but is mostly comprised of village type settlement, but Western states are much more urbanized. with bigger urban centres acting as Urban nodes.
On overall population SW states seem to have an edge and more populated on average, especially since Ogun, Lagos and Oyo have all zoomed off since the last population census.

Three notoriously popular One city states in the South are Edo (benin), Imo (Owerri) and Cross River (Calabar) ---- lol
In the North- Kano is notorious for being another one city state.
I don't think Osun suppose to be on the list sir.

I think this is how the list suppose to look like

1. Lagos
2. FCT
3. Rivers
4. Ogun
5. Oyo
6. Anambra
7. Abia
8. Delta
9. Akwa Ibom
10. Kaduna

Oyo state? Like seriously? Iseyin is even that has no toilets is even mentioned. Iseyin in Oyo smells of sh!t (what they called igbe in Yoruba). Iseyin should be renamed igbeyin.
Lol u are not serious. Iseyin is like a village becoming town na and your assertion is wrong that the town does not have accessible toilet.

Those saying Kano suppose to be on list are wrong. The OP said states not cities. If u watch Kano state closely, only Kano city/municipal is developed while other places in the state are chronic rural settlements.

Kayrich:
Lists not bad. There are still states which deserve to be in the list. Akwa ibom shouldn't be there but why didn't I see Kano and Enugu.
I think Ogun was there cos of activities the lagosian has brought to sango, ifo, mowe, ibafo & magboro excluding not highly unbanized Abeokuta, Shagamu, Ijebuode and others. I would have say Ogun shouldn't be added.
Kano and Enugu doesn't deserve to be on the list. These states only have one or two developed cities in it.

Bro, u are wrong about Abeokuta. The city is urbanised. Along the university area, amosun need to construct dual carriage road way to pave way for the horrible traffic in that axis.
Travel › Re: 10 Most Urbanized States In Nigeria - Ovoko.com by wristbangle: 2:46pm On Nov 16, 2016
The list is almost very correct but I think Oyo, Ogun and Rivers should be ahead of Anambra State.

Anambra has 3 basic cities (Awka, Nnewi and Ontisha) unlike Oyo which have Ibadan, Ogbomoso, Oyo and Saki, Ogun have Ijebu Ode, Sagamu, Abeokuta, Mowe-Ibafo, Agbara, Sango Ota while Rivers have PHC, Onne, Bonny Island, etc. Looking at the Industries, population, land mass, infrastructure and other factors, one will agree with me that Anambra supposed to be 6th or 7th on the list.

It's long overdue. By the time lagos is through with these ongoing construction, it will become an envy for many. Just that the poor are more hit and LSG suppose to provide an alternative for these shops been demolish like a mobile shop.

This is horrible. Why are we like this in Africa? Politicians steal billions everyday yet not punished meanwhile someone will steal bread and other meagre things of which he/she will be publicly disgraced/killed.

OP it's Your choice but let me say this :
The Devil you have known is better than the Angel you are yet to know.
If you want to leave her based on the fact that she Left you when you are in your trying times; Do you know what the next lady you would move on to will dohuh

It's hard these days to find someone who will share your burden with you. Only God can help you through trying moments..

I think it's better to forgive and accepts her since there is high possibility that she had Learnt her lessons.
God forbid you go back to the state of Lack, but should in case it happens she would think twice before leaving you..

Generally, Letz stop looking down on others, the Poorest man today may be the Richest man tomorrow. May God Help us.
It will be a huge mistake if he considers her back. Testing time brings out the best or worst in people. It's obvious she fell for his pocket not his personality. I dont pray he experience this kind of downward trend in his life else she will dump him again.

This kind of situation happen to a family friend of mine who married a lady he has been dating for years. Shortly after 3years of marriage, he went bankrupt and she dumped him. When things began to go well for this man, she later came, begging and after much plead from friends and family, he accepted her back. Guess what, he had an accident which he almost claim his legs and the demonic woman left again when she perceived things may not go well again with hi. She even seems to be the back luck in his life.

OP, to be fore armed to be forewarned o!

Bro, if u argue constructively, u will not face ban.

GEJ have bad economic team as they squandered almost 70 trillion naira made in 5yrs under him. The corruption level was so much that the stench of it is oozing across globe. You will agree with me that the oil price drove the economy where the people at the helms of power then were too lazy to diversify d economy.
Politics › Re: Nigerians Regret Voting Out Jonathan – Ghana's Ruling Party by wristbangle: 9:46pm On Nov 14, 2016
The decision to vote/pick PMB by North and SW regions against GEJ is between the devil and deep blue sea. Both of them are not fit to rule where one is an ineffectual buffoon while the other is confused.

Had it been GEJ won last year election, let's say the truth, naija would have been on amazon for sales.
