⚡The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) in Coordination with the Polish Air Force has Introduced a Notice-to-Air-Missions (NOTAM) from February 5th to May 5th for the entire East of the Country on the Border with Ukraine due to the reported possibility of Unplanned Military Actions related to ensuring National Security. The NOTAM requires any Civilian Aircraft which is Operating inside of the Zone to remain in Radio Contact with Flight Authorities and to Activate their Transponder as to prevent their Disruption of Increased Activity by Military Aircraft. The NOTAM has likely been put into place following several previous Incidents of Ukrainian and Russian Drones and Missiles having Crossed the Border with Poland and occasionally Impacting causing Civilian Casualties, this “Increased Activity by Military Aircraft” in the East of the Country will most likely be Combat Air Patrols to Prevent such Incidents from happening again.

⚡German parliament passes federal budget for 2024. The Bundestag approved a state budget of almost €476.8 billion, of which around €7.6 billion is earmarked for military assistance to Kiev regime. After more than a month's delay, the Bundestag has passed today a budget for 2024 with strict debt limits and the abolition of agricultural subsidies. This is exactly what German farmers were against - and their protests are likely to continue. The German government will have to borrow €39 billion, and there is also a separate defence budget of around €52 billion, with additional funds coming from the Bundeswehr's special fund. So far, everything is going according to the US plan - it is possible to shift a significant part of the cost of supporting Ukraine to the EU, mainly to Germany, even at the expense of its budget deficit. The US military-industrial complex continues to be loaded with orders, because the Germans will buy a significant part of their weapons from the US before they build their own defence plants.

⚡ IS militants advance in northern Mozambique Over the past week, militants from the Mozambican branch of IS have significantly expanded their attack zone in Mozambique's northeastern province of Cabo Delgado. While in January the area of terrorist activity was limited to the area around the Katupa forest, now it extends to the provincial capital of Pemba, which is 200 kilometers from the usual zone of militant attacks. Radicals ambushed an army convoy near the village of Mecufi. As a result of the clash, eight soldiers were killed, several others were wounded, four pieces of equipment were burned and all weapons fell into the hands of the terrorists.

The entourage of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky wants to place all the blame for the crash of the Il-76 with captured Ukrainians on the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny. The Serbian newspaper Politika reports this. “Zelensky and the personnel around him want to avoid responsibility for the crash of the Il-76. They want to place the blame for the tragic misunderstanding on Zaluzhny, demanding an international investigation into the disaster,” the material says. Politika reports that Zelensky and the country's top leadership probably did not know that there were Ukrainians on board the plane. By shooting down the Il-76, the head of the country wanted to raise the morale of his military, but the effect turned out to be the opposite.
