Thanks, please I will just like to know if I can apply as separated/divorced and get it approved, is it going to a cause a delay or even get my application struck out, I keep saying there is more to it than what I will like to discuss on this forum, that is why I was thinking of using a consultant or consulting organisation that has handled such cases for this Canadian Express entry thingt. Pls, are you married? There's more to it than meets the eye, even you mentioned infidelity, what if it's more than that and staying with someone makes you miserable and your mind is never at rest and a lot more.

Thanks Aseade, but pls what remedy does someone who is unable to get spouse to submit anything or do medical check and police report have, meaning like separated.

You seem to really be getting things wrong.
The information your husband submitted to US Visa office has no correlation to what he will be submitting to IRCC.
Gosh, the kind of questions and worry you people generate on this platform is daunting.
Some speak as if they are the Chairman CIO Central Intake office.
Wunmi, relax, provide information asked by IRCC and be truthful. They are not going to ask US Visa office wetin Wunmi husband filled. They are separate entity. The only thing they share is Criminal record database and that is why they collect fingerprints

Yea, you do not need any letter from your PFA stating you can access 25%. Simply print the statement and include in your application.

Not divorced or separated yet but considering it if need be, he does not have health issues, just thinking aloud in case he has since one has to submit the spouse's medical certificate even if he isnt accompanying. Also think he was not totally truthful on his place of work at the US embassy. I am considering applying as a single applicant while i support with a divorce proceeding/seperation letter cause i dont want to be caught in the web of misrepresentation and being banned for 5yrs because of his actions.Though my passport is in married name, i intend changing to maiden name.

He said he did not see my traction again, that it looks like i am not serious about the Canadian plan cos he felt i av an ok job in Nigeria, meanwhile, i was busy gathering and making plans for two people and i have never been the type to be desperate.

Thanks a lot Boss13, but the case is ok, let me say all, i have a spouse he went to apply for US visiting visa without telling me(behind my back), though we said we will do Canadian Express entry and i will be the prinicipal partner, but men can think they are smart. He now has a close friend who went to USA with visiting visa, whom i will call an illegal immigrant cos he has the intention of over staying, the friend kept pushing him and giving him ideas till he decided to do the visiting thing behind my back.Am sure they both packaged lies to give them at the American embassy as he cannot afford to just visit, he doesnt have a stable means of income while i do, he used my fund by using my asset to obtain fund for the runs. Then he was denied the visa, he says the reason they denied him is that they say he doesnt have strong ties in Nigeria. Now i want to process Canadian Express Entry visa and am seeing he might be a clog in the wheel for me since the embassies communicate and i do not want to put any false information on my record for anyone, i do not need to put false information for myself as i do not have any and do not believe in such.

If one notifies them of seperation or divorce, can one apply as single in that case and not mention the partner or one still has to mention the spouse and submit documents for such a spouse

Please i want to ask if anyone used a lawyer/consultant here and if anyone knows about Attorney David Cohen's law firm(are they experienced enough to help in achieving success). I know Canreach is authentic as i have someone that used them but they are expensive. I am thinking about using a consultant as i have a lot of questions i could not get definitive answers to, doing it on my own is straight forward but my spouse is the issue, i want to ensure he does'nt act as "clog in the wheel" for me.

Thanks, what of if the partner gave information that he worked somewhere on his US visa application back then but the wife who is a principal partner for Canadian express entry does not indicate he worked in that place but instead indicates he worked in another place where he actually worked before. While sharing information with US embassy, can this cause an issue for the principal partner.

Please if any medical issue is found with a partner who is not accompanying, maybe chest or lung issue during x-ray, will it prevent the principal partner from being given PR status. Also if the partner has been denied a US visit visa based in the ground that he does not have strong ties and suspicion he won't return after d visit period, does it also affect the principal partner.

I have hnd in Accounting, I have ACA, i have MBA too, pls when filling MBA do they request for speciality or something cos I picked entrepreneurship back then, I started working as an audit trainee in 2004 after NYSC, I then did a contract job with one of dis big 4 audit firms between 2005 to 2007, moved to another audit firm in 2008 as an audit senior, started working as accountant in 2008 and av worked with two companies as accountant till date. Can I feel NOC 1111 as my area and then feel accountant wherever my profession is requested while I support with letters from all the companies I have worked.

I have learnt from experience that people that lie to you like that keep lying. I have one here, whose lies graduated so much that it turned to betrayal, cheating, robbing the partner such that you can never trust him, trusting him is a mistake. I will advise you flee before you go into a marriage that will later make ur life miserable. This person also started by lying about his qualification. Such people don't know that trust makes a relationship.

With the various assessments for eligibility I have filled, I noticed one has to pick married or single, you have more mark if you pick single while some marks will be deducted if married, in the case one applies as married but not going with common law partner therefore not getting any mark for that common law partner in terms of IELTS, certificate assessment, age won't one av less mark and also, won't they still request for d partner's police report, criminal background check,medical report and count one's proof of fund as having to be for two.

Please if one is married but does not want to include spouse in any way because of marital issues as one will not be travelling with spouse and also one's international passport is in married name,a woman. How does one do it such that filling single and processing the express entry visa as single will not amount to misrepresentation.
