I know that almost all the land around that area, if not all, is in Agric zone but am also aware that government have released a lot of the land years back. My question now is, what document/paper do people who have land in the area needs to obtain ? Is it C of O, Consent or Ratification ? What is the procedure ? Can you help a client to get the papers ?

It's a pity, I have friends who fell victim of this scam. I almost did myself but because I have little doubting Thomas attitude, that saved me. Government needs to look into this issue, especially for the fact that a well recognized financial institution is involved.

I think, you guys need to let Dapo be, what is the purpose of election ? if not for the masses to choose their leaders/representative through free and fair election, which is the beauty of democracy and indirect representative.
We should be more concern on how to encourage ourselves (the youths), women, technocrats, professionals, artisan e.t.c to exercise our civic duty by participating in governance by making our votes count.
