There are also regional hospitals and referral hospitals. If we are poor country what about you? We have seen non of your hospitals in that webometric top 100 in Africa. What`s on the paper and what`s on the ground are two different things. Here is the building you are claiming to be 37f
The building was downgraded to 34f and 134m. TPA is not 40 floors, it is 37 floors with a height of 157m
