If Abuja can`t beat Mombasa, why dream of it beating either Nairobi or Pretoria?

Just check below the table and you will find the number of paved roads as a % of the classified roads.
They term it maintained.

Now you can carry your shame, hide and build more roads in Kenya.

You can cherry pick Mombasa pictures to satisfy your ego, but when when we look at aerial videos of both Abuja and Mombasa even you will admit that Mombasa is better than Abuja.

He quoted the classified network. They usually dont add the unclassified road network when they are campaigning.


As at 2019, Ghana classified road networks stands at 78,693km out of a total road network of 109,515km.

Trunk Roads(NR, R, IR,) 2015 = 14,873Km (These are all tarred roads. They are major roads)
Urban Roads(Built area roads)2015 = 15,463km (11,421km are paved)
Feeder Roads( feed roads) 2019 = 48,357km (12,265km are paved)

Total tarred roads stands at =38,559km

Unclassified Roads stands at =30,822km

49% of all classified roads are paved According to the Ministry of roads.
whiles only 35.2% of total road network is paved.

In the first link, report says that your total road network is 78,000km and there is nowhere the number of paved roads is mentioned. The second link is not working. So Ghana still remains with 12,000km of paved roads.

That is 35.2% of total roads are tarred.
