About the tracking I still find the location on my Android phone kind of intrusive they way the phone would be disturbing to on location all the time like it is religion I never on it, never! To add to what wuzzytech have said, there is a tool in search console were you can request for your site to be removed from search result. It is much more faster than just waiting.

Although I don't know if getting your site deindex will solve your problem. If you want to speed the process then you should use the tool in search console.
