He is NOT her wife's relative!!! He is HIS elder sister's husband's husband!!!!! webdezzi: My friend, you need to be a man. |
occam: Where are all the Nigerian guys playing in the NBA? Are they not on the Naija team? I see Aminu al Farouk and that's it. Emeka Okafor may be a stiff but he still a good rebounderOur problem was not rebounding per se. We couldnt shoot!! The team out-hustled the bigger Lithuania team and forced many tornover, but could NOT shoot!! |
Freesia: You may have misunderstood me there...first BUILD a home team,GAIN a reputation,KEEP the reputation and let the sky be the limit for players.Bottom line is Nigeria would be seen as one of the teams any professional athlete, high ranking player or MVP would like to play for.Nigeria is the BRAND here!Nigeria team should be made up of the BEST among anybody of Nigerian citizenship. So the foriegn-based/born players should be banned? So what makes the players in Nigeria more Nigerian than foreign born ones?? The Olympic Team is made up of Nigerians, whether at birth or naturalized. Even at that, ALL of them are Nigerians at Birth!!! |
Freiburger: and what is wrong in recruiting non-Nigerians as part of the effort of having a sound team?Who in the team is not a Nigerian? Cos all of them have Nigerian name with Nigerian parents? |
MarcAnthon:Did you seriously read the yahoo UK article? Let me repost a paragraph for you. ********************** A matter of context Now, before you all start weeping at the prospect of 2p per litre petrol, it's worth remembering that these insanely low rates almost always come at some cost. Take Venezuela. Yes, the country may have outrageously low petrol prices. But vast numbers of its residents live in poverty - the UN calculates 30% of the population live on less than $2 a day. As The Guardian's South America correspondent Rory Carroll points out, some analysts place the overall cost to economy of maintaining such low petrol prices (through subsidies and loss of taxation) at around £13bn. That's more than double the education and health budgets. But this doesn't mean that the cost of petrol isn't unfairly high in this country, especially when you consider that the UK is actually amongst the top 20 oil producing countries in the world. **************** Conclusion is that subsidy comes at a cost!! and by the way, which Oil producing country with HALF of our population still subsidizes their fuel!!? |
@ lucabrasi One of the things human beings have to check is the tendency to degrade to the character we are previously condeming, when we get to similar position. The admirals daughter did NOT do ANYTHING to this case. what you are proposing is akin to what the admiral did and what u are condeming vigourously here- BULLYING LET US SEPERATE FACTS HERE. You wont like to be on the receivng end of everything BAD that your father did, dont wish it on anybody. Am wondering what the girl will be feeling now. also it will serve u well if u respect peoples privacy, posting somebody's personal email on a public site without the person's consent TOTALLY wrong and treated as a criminal offence in some countries. LET US NOT ALLOW OUR PASSION, (WHICH IS WELL INTENDED) TO BECLOUD OUR JUDGEMENT AND SENSE OF RIGHT. cheers |
I have managed to get the pic of the raving MAD admiral. this man should be disciplined by the Navy http://www.governoruduaghan.org/news_fetcher.php?fid=234

Berti goat should have been sacked afterthe Mali match. It was obvious then that if u had qaulified for quater final , that if was not because of his input. The coach should take the responsibility for the failure, before others because, he assembled the team, coached them and chooses the players on the pitch at any time. If the players fielded on the pitch were not playing with passion, then "he choose and fielded them". Berti goat's team were not palying with any passion, he also lost the tactical battle most of the time. Next is the NFA that employed him, and also the team of "experts" that spent our time and money travelling to europe to look for a coach, and ended up with a scotland reject. These people are OUR MAIN PROBLEM!!!! Next if the team themselves, most of them were not playing with passion, like they wanted to win. even is the coach was a GOAT ( of which Berti more than qualified), the players were the people on the pitch, they should have the will to win. Only Osaze, shittu and uche played like they wanted to win. Yakubu is a matterfor another day. We dont need a foriegn coach to succed, we have more than enough choices from Siasia, Keshi, Oliseh, Iroha and Equavon to choose from. But after Berti we should also sack the NFA, only them will Nigerian football get a fresh lease of life |
